Perfectly situated close to the market, the beaches, shops and restaurants. Few minutes walk from the airport bus. The manager and the hotel dog was welcoming and made us feel home away from home. Rooms where simple but comfortable and clean. Loved having breakfast in the beautiful courtroom. Bring your own vine and enjoy the afternoon. Will return !

I have been staying at hotel Chanteclair a number of times and I am never disappointed. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of le Suquet, close to the old port, and just a 3 minutes walk from the airport bus. The rooms are of different standard and price but it is all over a very budget friendly hotel....

We stayed for 3 nights at Chanteclair and were very happy with our room and our overall stay. Pascal (The owner) is lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay again, I've summarised the benefits and (very few) disadvantages below: Pros: • Very fair prices considering other hotels in the immediate vicinity • Great location,...

Dear Guest - we are very happy that your stay was pleasant and that you liked the hotel. We will look at the water temperature. I think we have a problem with the tap in that room because in the other rooms we have hot water. Once again thank you for you review.

I stayed for only one night, but had a very good experience with Chanteclair. The rooms are small, but perfect if you just want to have a good quiet sleep. It's in the best location it could be and still it's very quiet. You're at the port in a 1min walk and the owner is a good help if you...

Once again I revisited the very nice and cosy Hotel Chanteclair. What a great surprise, I got a totally new refurbished room with new bathroom and toilet, is was like staying at a much more expensive hotel. Chanteclair is even better value for money than last time I visited.....

Stayed here for 3 nights. Was looking for a hostel, but there are none in Cannes. Good location near the old town in Cannes. An easy walk to beaches and/or to famous areas such as la croisette. Very friendly owner.

Older building with European sized rooms that has some updates like a small shower (small where the shower curtain sticks to you when u shower) stall and toilet though our sink was in the sleeping area, but still really shows its age. The twin room has a new nice large bathroom. The rooms were decently clean. The price and location...

We just stayed for one night, between arriving at Cannes station and taking a ferry the next day. Only 10 minutes walk from each, and right by Cannes market. Was very happy to find this hotel for such a reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortabel. Would certainly stay again. Breakfast in the pretty courtyard was a bonus

My wife and I spent three nights in Pascal's exceptionally cosy hotel in Cannes' old neighbourhood. The hotel is not big nor glamourous - but it's clean, the atmosphere is great and the location is simply perfect. Our highest recommendations. We'll definitely stay here next time around.

Chantelclair is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, beachfront etc. Bus stop 5 minute walk, train station 10 minute walk away. A very quirky place to stay, with an outdoor courtyard. Rooms adequate, very clean and the owner is very helpful. Excellent value for money.

“We were on the second floor, room 13 (corner). Small but cozy, shower ensuite. The seagulls woke us up pretty early, though - with sounds that resembled a baby being strangled (not that I've even heard that, but imagination drew gruesome pictures hearing those voices)))”
