Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed for four nights at Villa Du Roc Fleuri. We had a reservation for a double room with a queen-size bed and balcony. The check-in was quick and without any inconvenience. Although the location is not ideal, as it is situated in a pleasant and safe residential area, it is possible to walk to the city center. However, it should be noted that the path has many slopes and can be challenging for some. Precise directions are necessary, as all the streets wind around, making it easy to get lost. The rate includes an excellent breakfast. The day before, you must choose from a wide variety of options, including homemade products. Everything is excellent! There is a small dining area that guests can freely use, complete with high-quality tableware, a top-notch coffee maker, teas, and everything needed to enjoy after a long walk. The space and utensils can also be used for dinner or lunch. Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a very good bed, a round table with a chair, and a small balcony. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Outside our room, shared with another room (both on the upper level), there was a small refrigerator that we could use for the food we bought and drinks. The hosts are extremely friendly and always willing to address any requests. It is important to note that the property is an old one with many stairs; in fact, our room was on an upper level, all accessed by stairs. It may be demanding for those with mobility difficulties. We will definitely return if we visit Cannes again.

Dear Many thanks for your comment and all your description and advices for the next guests. The distance to palais des Festivals or croisette is 950m and 750 from the old city center, the famous "marché forville". But Cannes is a small village on a small hill. The home is build in 1920 and in the city, so 3 smalls levels or 2 big levels to go up in the 3 rooms, but for person with limited mobility, we purpose 2 suites on the first floor (only on small level) with private terrace and entrance. But for person with reduce mobility our B&B is not adapted. We hope to see you again in Cannes! Best regards

Almost don't want anyone to know about this gem of a hotel. Fanny is a delight and so accommodating. She even let me stay in her house when I needed extra nights and she was fully booked. The whole property is perfect and the home feels welcoming and relaxed. Her breakfast was perfect and the garden is beautiful. The perfect spot for stay in Cannes. Can't wait to return.

I stayed there for the festival and I had an awesome experience. The hotel was very clean and cozy, and the location was great for attending the festival: a 10 minute walk to the Palais. However, the best thing about it: breakfast. Me and my friend are still hyped about it several months later. The villa owner Fanny, prepared a simple but delicious breakfast everyday that included homemade things like: eggs, marmalade, pastries, juice and more. I wish I could have it everyday. We skipped some movies because we'd ratter fully enjoy our breakfast experience than to rush it to go watch a movie. I hope we can book it again next year.

Stayed here for a week and it was fantastic! Fanny was incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble for her! She helped us with a trip to Antibes by giving us instructions and a map of what bus routes to take and the best places to explore! Our room was always super clean which also had a 2 booklets of the best places to visit and best bar/restaurants around with a little map to show you where they are! She also has 2 adorable dogs that where very well behaved and trained that would join you at breakfast most days! The Breakfast was Really generous,2 crossiants, cake, bread, baguette, fruit, cheese, yogurt, eggs! The prices for drinks was also very cheap, only €2 for a beer that you could drink while on the terrace! Would highly recommend staying here:10/10!

Beatutifull and quiet little hotel in the heart of Cannes. Every room is unique and designed with love for details. I love the rainwater shower. The deck, garden and the breakfast room are just lovely. Special thanks to the owner couple. Very sweet helpfull people! The breakfast is excellent and the homemade marmelade Apple/Ginger is my favourite. Im happy that I bought a glass and can enjoy it at home.

I stayed a couple of nights at Roc Fleuri and loved my stay there. I would very happily return. Fanny was a delightful host and it really felt like home from home. Breakfast each morning on the terrace was so peaceful and relaxing and utterly delicious. My room, with a little balcony, was spotlessly clean and filled with sunshine. On my arrival, quite late in the evening, Fanny served a very tasty light supper in my room. I felt very welcome and looked after throughout my stay. Thank you.

We won't get to stay, as our flight has been delayed so much that we are missing our connection... but the staff at the reception were very kind to us given the circumstances, and dealt with the situation efficiently. I am grateful.

This was a great find. Quiet location short walk from city centre and train, but best of all, Fanny is a great host who is very informative and prepares a wonderful and generous breakfast. The garden terrace is very charming and we had the cleanest room I have seen in any accommodation in a long time. Don't mind the dogs - they are incredibly well behaved! Just be aware that the access may not suit people with children or mobility issues (many narrow stairs, may have to leave a car a block or two away). Not a problem for us, added to the charm. Great work with the bedroom decor and the gardens.

We have stayed twice at the Villa Roc du Fleuri, and both times have been excellent. Fanny, who owns the bed and breakfast is an excellent host, she was always attentive of our needs and always willing to help in anything we needed. The breakfast is so enjoyable, if I go back to Cannes I will no doubt return to the Villa Roc du Fleuri!
