We booked this hotel using Trip Advisor as a guide - listed number 1 in Arles. Very disappointed - the staff may have been helpful and the position good but the bedrooms were awful. Reminded me of a 1970's B+B in the UK - very small room, carpet dark and old, bed cover dark and old, tiny double bed, bathroom...

We booked in for 1 night and ended up staying for 3. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, Rooms were comfortable and very quiet.Nice ambiance throughout. Excellent value. Great location next to the old Roman arena inside the old town. We were there in November so had no problem parking outside the hotel, otherwise it not...

The hotel claims to have a sauna but does not, while the door to the steam room (which they call a "sauna") is broken, rendering it less than fully effective. The hotel is extremely difficult to reach, impossible by car, and lacks adequate nearby parking space, so cannot be recommended for those with heavy luggage or in any way handicapped.

It´s a hotel with confortable rooms, inside safe, free internet and a free SPA.Friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast, with a good selection of cheeses, breads, fruits, etc. The value for price is umbeleavable. Location is good, inside old town, besede romans ruins and 10 minutes walking to train station. I didn´t have enough time to try the SPA, because I...

We had a great room overlooking the ruins. We had a balcony, albeit small but it enabled you to stand out and enjoy the view in the open air. The room was very comfortable and clean. The garden terrace was deep in the thoes of autumn with leaves everywhere despite the best efforts of staff. It would be a beautiful...

This hotel is perfectly located for a stay in Arles. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast was the best that we had in France. The coffee machine is superb. We will stay here again during our next visit to Provence.

This hotel was a great base for exploring Arles and the surrounding area. We were in room 5 which was on the top floor overlooking the Roman theater ruins. We had a gorgeous view of the church tower and the sunsets and sunrises were picture perfect. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny. There is a wide variety of things...

Our stay in Arles was amazing! The hotel was within walking distance of all of the sites. We happened to be Arles during a music festival and we could hear the music in our room which was a nice touch! They had an interesting light show projection on the side of the hotel that lasted about 15 minutes. Have to...

This is a lovely hotel in a setting close to all of the sites. After spending a week in Paris with a much smaller room, we were so pleased to check into this hotel! The bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. Beds are very comfy and free wifi was much appreciated. The staff is AMAZING and quick to help with...
