Perfectly placed hotel, just off the autoroute, with large carpark. Very pleasant welcome and helpful with explaining the town and amenities. There is an excellent free 'round the town' free shuttle from Monday to Friday, running every 30mins from the museum which is four minutes walk from the hotel. Saturday is market-day, not to be missed, the shuttle takes a...

Former Mercure hotel, now an Ibis Styles. Rooms are clean, comfy beds, large bathrooms, convenient hotel with parking. Swimming pool. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. A good place to discover the area, a few minutes walks from old town.

This is a good base to visit Arles and the Camargue. It was quiet and clean. Car park is included which was good. Breakfast is plentiful and continental. Staff were very helpful. Room was pretty basic but bed very comfortable.

We came into this Ibis Styles after a stay in Avignon, and felt it fell a little short after a great stay there. The road signs indicating the driveway of the hotel was not very clear so we missed the turning into the hotel a couple of times and ended up turning into a rather run-down residential cluster where we...

We stayed for 4 nights and were very pleased with the room and the breakfast. Can't comment on the restaurant as we ate out every night. There is a good sized swimming pool which we never got around to using but seemed very popular with other guests. Had a room on the 7th floor which had a great view across...

We stay there 1 night. We walk to Arles center but don't find a restauarant so we decided to go back and eat in the hotel. This was a big mistake, we ordered 2 main dishes and it was one of the worst I ever eat in my life. So you can stay in the hotel, it's ok, a pool...

Check-in was smooth and easy, staff was pleasant and very helpful. Parking is free. Room was fine, bed very comfortable, nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices, fresh fruit, cereals, wonderful fresh breads and pastries. We didn't realize we were away from the city center-- near the convention center. But since we had a car it wasn't too...

Very nice hotel but I score only one star to raise IBIS management attention. We stayed for one night 18th May during a hot period in France . The room was so hot, sleep was impossible. The window opened wide but let in lots of noise and light from the excellently lit car-park. In the morning we spoke with the...

IBIS Styles and IBIS Budget hotels were next to each other and our reservation was at IBIS Styles.. Our room at the sixth floor had a nice view of Arles. It was a comfortable room. We parked our rental car at the hotel's secure parking lot and walked a short distance to the Museum. There was a free ahuttle bus...
