We stay in Aix every other month on business and have stayed at 5 different hotels near the main fountain (fontaine de la rotonde). This place is about as good as it gets for the price. The location is excellent, directly behind the Apple store, in view of the main fountain. Lots of restaurants (including the hotel's own) within a...

Preparing for our 4th visit since 2011, I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed the St Christophe before. This deservedly popular central Aix hotel could not be better located, has art déco style (well worn in places, but that adds to the atmosphere) and helpful staff. Breakfast outside its Brasserie Léopold is the perfect start to a day's sightseeing - lunch...

It was raining heavily in Aix en Provence this morning. We sat in the lounge of this hotel and we asked for a noisette and cafe cream. We got an espresso and a black Americano with milk on the side after some delay. I did not complain but the waitress was actually friendly.

The location was perfect; easy to get to good restaurants and shopping. Parking was tight at the hotel but appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly and all seemed to have a great sense of humor! It seemed like the vents had not been cleaned because when we turned the air conditioning on, I suddenly began sneezing and developed a very...

Great location...not too far from Bus Station...at the beginning of Cours Mirabeau. The room was big, and very clean, however shower leaked onto main bathroom floor all week...sink faucet knob kept falling off and even though I reported it...it was never fixed. Room was very hot towards the end of our stay. We had to open our window but there...

We visit Aix nearly every year, staying for anything up to 2 weeks in the Hotel Saint Christophe. We book directly with the Hotel several months before our arrival to ensure we get one of our favourite rooms, either with a good sized terrace or a balcony, both with table and chairs, which is lovely at sunrise or sunset. We...

Nightclub operates until 5 am 3 nights a week. Very noisy and could not sleep. Staff were not helpful. They did discount the room by 30% (who cares about a discount when you can't sleep) but only after charging me twice for my room. Terrible and dishonest. Do not stay here!

It's a good hotel and very amazing location in center if the city but there are some points the room size good but not comfortable too noisy form the birds. Also the wifi very bad and slow. Over all a good hotel nearest to the shopping area.

Having spent 8 nights in this remarkable hotel, we truly recommend it, not only for the courteous and obliging staff, but especially for its excellent cuisine at reasonable prices, served in the wonderful art deco brasserie. The buffet breakfast offers a wide choice. A plus is its very central location.

This is the best 3 star hotel that I ever stayed in my life.
