Villa Gallici From the moment you enter the gates at Villa Gallici, tranquility sets in. This charming boutique hotel is located just a short walk from the city center of Aix-en-Provence. The hotel grounds and pool are impeccably kept and contain sculpted gardens and an interesting array of bronze sculpture. Rooms are charming and well appointed and the marble bathrooms...

We stayed at Villa Gallici for three nights in the beginning of December. It is truly a lovely place to explore Provence. The rooms, especially the junior suites, were spacious, comfortable, and elegant with all the amenities. Comfortable bed, sitting room, balcony, etc. The restaurant was tremendous, with an excellent wine selection and gourmet options. We really can't say enough...

Villa Gallici (Aix-en-Provence) is perched above the Old City behind an ornate iron gate leading up the long driveway to the Villa (but still easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants below, even in the pouring rain, which we were told is rare, but we experienced and actually found made the experience even more quaint). Decorated as one might...

GORGEOUS stay, PHENOMENAL staff and SUCH a glorious experience we left another five star hotel in Avignon and CAME BACK!!!!!!! In fact, we are staying now and just felt like we could not be under this beautiful roof one more night without singing their praises! In short: we are hotel snobs. We have stayed in four and five stars worldwide...

So happy we decided to stay here. The grounds and property were top notch, this chateau was just a couple minutes walk from city center where we enjoyed the daily farmer's market. Plenty of shopping again just in walking distance, the staff was extremely hospitable, my wife and I are in the restaurant industry and they restaurant manager was so...

We travel a lot, stay in only top luxury hotels. Villa Gallici was the worst experience in memory. While the staff is lovely, the facility is in need of a massive renovation. The rooms are dated, dark and musty, we stayed in a junior suite. The bathroom had no ventilation, no air conditioning, weather stripping falling off of the shower...

A private villa owned by the late Italian business magnate, Gallici, is now transformed into a charming and luxury Relais and Chateaux property, in a quiet street in the charming city of Aix-en-Provence, about 5 minute walking distance from the pedestrian city center. The villa is beautiful with extraordinary landscaping and nicely decorated common areas, perfect to sit down and...

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Gallici. We only stayed for one night with a package including breakfast and dinner. Check in was very smooth. A lovely porter greeted us at the car and took us swiftly to reception. The staff were very friendly, and showed us to the room quickly. I was immediately impressed by the wonderful...

Villa Gallici and the AMAZING staff were the highlight of our trip to Aix! The impeccable grounds, sunset(s) from our room, the spa, pool, fab food, wine, breakfast(s), turn down service (with rose petals) attention to detail-everywhere, the ambience and romance -- this was a true French experience! Daphne, Stephan and Michel could not have been more professional, gracious and...

probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The suites and the hotel are beautifully appointed. Stephane, Michel and the rest of the staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful. I cannot wait to return.
