Inspite of paying 310 euors for what was supposed to be a "suite" there was no ajoining room, just a bedroom which smelled funny. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room. Worst of all the shower drained so slowly that water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and taking a shower consisted of standing in backed up drain...

We stayed at Hotel Cezanne for 2 nights. We had an easy check-in and were provided a complimentary upgrade to the Junior Suite. While the room was very spacious, it looked rather worn. There were many marks on the stark white walls and the soap holder in the shower was coming out of the wall. I was able to see...

We loved our two night stay at the Hotel Cezanne. It was a great location just a few short blocks from the famous Cours Mirabeau fountain and historic district. The rooms were somewhat small and certainly ecclectic, but the beds were really comfortable. There is an 'honors' bar in the lobby with wine, coffee, juices, etc for all to enjoy....

Very nice hotel in Aix-En-Provence. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Very helpful hotel staff except no bell persons. Clean, remodeled rooms. Bathroom with full shower- appreciated in Europe. A great choice while staying in Aix-En-Provence.

I thought that this hotel looked ok, despite its location being less than ideal -- across the road from the station -- and the zero parking, so I booked. Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation. I sent them an email within the cancellation period. On my return home I discovered they had taken a large sum of money from...

My partner and i stayed at the Cezanne for 3 nights at the end of a holiday in the South of France. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the railway station where we had arrived via Marseilles (note: the TGV station is 10 km out of Aix reached by regular shuttle bus) and...

Having read the reviews on Trip Advisor, we were looking forward to staying here. It was more than we would normally pay but Aix is an expensive place. The staff were pleasant and welcoming and the parking was a bonus. The location also was very central. However, despite a very nice bed , the room was a bit shabby, The walls...

The hotel was lovely - well-placed, great decor, clean and modern. Aix is a beautiful city and the Cezanne well-positioned for a visit. The room was a reasonable size and well furnished. The free soft drinks in the mini bar were a lovely touch. The bathroom was lovely and modern although we did find it strange that the shower tray...

This is a first class boutique hotel! From the quirky design of the lobby to the trendy rooms and bathrooms, this hotel delivers with style. The small touches such as Wi-Fi that works in the rooms, stamped postcards, shopping bag and complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar give it a real edge in terms of customer service. Nothing is...

Other reviews are spot on. Excellent position for centre of Aix, small, friendly, cosy, it does what it says on the tin - provides a very pleasant place to stay, reasonably priced, decent rooms, comfortable beds, excellent showers and bags of hot water. Free internet, good business facilities and a clever newspaper printing service which can deliver your favoured newspaper...
