Ticked all of the boxes for us. Located in the centre of Saumur, so an easy stroll into the centre and restaurants. Service is extremely personal and friendly and you will find that reception is more than happy to give you recommendations and advice to get the most out of your stay. The hotel is very clean tough out and...

We booked the very spacious family apartment for an overnight stay en route to the Dordogne. Extremely stylish, clean and comfortable. Our son (17) and daughter (11) had single beds and my wife and I had a double in a separate area. Only slightly unnerving thing was no curtain over the very large skylight window i the bathroom/toilet. We were...

I parked my car in their very convenient and secure parking lot and kept my bicycle on the top of the car without worry. The rooms are very quaint and thoughtfully decorated. Each one has its own theme and they're all quite lovely. My dog was most welcomed there. The location is very convenient, near lots of restaurants and shops....

Having said that it is difficult to find fault I will start by listing the few faults that I did find. Hotel reception is located one floor above street level and the remainder of the hotel is on that level or above - and there is no elevator! Also there are a couple of trip hazards where the levels in...

We stayed in connecting rooms with our two children. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a short walk to the chateau. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee making facilities useful. There is secure parking for a small fee. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was nice and was free for children!

What a wonderful find this hotel was. We stayed in a family apartment with our 2 young children & dog. The room was fabulous, with a great family layout and everything you would possibly need. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and so helpful. The location was spot on.

Close to main restaurants and pedestrian area. Very nice chatty staff, and decorative hotel. Good breakfast. I don't know about the other rooms, but my room (single) didn't have air conditioning - a fan is not a substitute! This made for a poor nights sleep, in the typical August heat. That's the main purpose of the room, so it dragged...

Small b&b in the center of Saumur. Very personal and individual service. Rooms are mainly white painted and also individual. A bit noisy due to the road. Breakfast ist rich, fresh and great. The owner family is extremely relaxed and everything seems uncomplicated. Parking available.

Thanks to the reception! They found us a vacant room for 2 nights although they didn't find my reservation booked on a website. Room's decoration, surface, everything was perfect... and we had a safe parking place for our motorbike!!!!
