This is an excellently placed - right in the heart of Rouen - hotel, with clean and well furnished rooms. Price for a double was very attractive and although we only stayed for a night, we felt we could easily enjoy our stay for a few more days. Higly recommended for tourists short on budget.

Both staff we dealt with in reception at this hotel were rude and unhelpful. One staff member broke off twice from checking us into our room, first for a conversation with another guest, and then for a conversation with a colleague. Then we were told "You're in room 32, third floor. Sorry there's no lift." No assistance, either. 52 steps,...

The rooms are clean but very small. The bathroom, also clean, was so tight you have to open the bathroom door just to enter the shower. Hotel location is not bad as most everything is a short walk away.

We made a quick stop thru Rouen before getting into Paris. Location was good, room was ok. Typical comfort inn. Laughed at the room safe which was not buckled down to anything so anyone could walk off with it. Baths extremely small but only for one night. If we needed to stay multiple nights would not recommend. Price also dictated...

As a 3 star expectations were met, room was clean and we had opening window over the square. Staff were prepared to assist and most could speak English. Breakfast was great and plenty of food. Room was small and contained a double than queen sized bed. Being on third level glad we did not have any large cases to carry...

You know it's a chain, you know it's reasonably cheap - and you get what you pay for. A clean, comfortable room, ok shower, good location, and parking was easy too. On the down side it had very noisy plumbing and the pillows were awful. The chaotic breakfast room (too much STUFF) meant we got in and out as soon...

We booked this hotel as our first choice The Ibis was fully booked, what a disappointment. We paid at the time of booking or we would have walked out, there was no lift or air conditioning, it was a very warm night so the window had to be left open, our room overlooked a square which was used by revellers...

We stayed here just for an overnight stay. It really wasn't that bad for the price. The room was realively clean, the bed was comfortable. Cleaning personel forgot to remove the half bottle of sparkling water and nectarines left in the little fridge from previous guests, but no big deal. The room was a bit small, but adequate. No air...

Stayed here on a short road trip from Le Havre to Paris. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Car parking is in nearby public carpark at around 16 euros per night. The hotel is adequate for a short stopover as long as you go in without any real expectations. Rooms are small and very basic at best......budget would be...
