Easy to find, easy to walk into town, the Ibis Champ de Mars is ideal for budget-conscious travellers who want to stay in this interesting city. The young man at the checkout was charming and helpful, the bartender brought a bowl of ice on request and the parking under the hotel was secure and cheap. We had dinner at the...

Stayed here for one night at the end of our holiday. Clean rooms, small bathroom but more than satisfactory for one night. Short walk into the centre of Rouen, still one of my favourite french cities. Jean D'Arc memorial, amazing shops and great restaurants a short walk from hotel! Small restaurant in hotel if you dont want to go far,...

We stopped here on our way back to the UK from the Basque country. It's fairly easy to get to off the motorway. There is a secure car park under the hotel that cost 50 cents per hour, which meant we could leave our wine/cider heavy car without worrying about it. The hotel itself and our room appeared to be...

Have stayed here several times en route for a Brittany hoiliday. Can't fault value, comfort and cleanliness of rooms, (including shower), friendliness and effciency of staff. On our latest visit last weekend we came down to garage on Sunday morning to find we had a slow puncture. The staff did everything they could to arrange a repair and although (being...

Good location, by the river and a close walk to the Cathedral, and center of the town. Close to restaurants and public transport but if you can, do walk, lots of nooks and crannies to explore, little cobbled streets and squares with the old golden clock and the beautiful flower shops to photograph. The hotel has parking, basic bedrooms and bathrooms...

We stayed at the IBIS Rouen Champs de Mars for one night in order to explore the Old Town - it is basic but for what we paid (£55) we were pretty happy with it. The room was clean; the bathroom was a 'portacabin' type plastic one - not the most glamorous - but again, this too was clean so...

A very basic room with absolutely no frills. Ok for an overnight stay but no longer. Good location walking distance to the main city centre and some of the tourist highlights and a pretty good breakfast. Secure parking and free wifi.

Good basic accommodation, modern and clean, staff very professional and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and old town. On busy main road overlooking river but excellent sound proofing took care of that. Underground car parking very safe. Breakfast satisfactory, well replenished and fresh. A very satisfactory overnight stop and we got a good price through Venere. Cons were that when...
