We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel. It is full of character, lots of antiques and interesting touches. The gardens are beautiful and it has a lovely pool with loungers, we lay on the loungers but despite the beautiful weather it was still too chilly for a dip. Breakfasts were good and served in the lovely conservatory. All...

This hotel has character and a old French charm about it - which we loved. The added bonus of beautiful grounds and a spacious free car park just added to its appeal. The ever smiling owner could not do more to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, bed comfy and we were not aware of any road noise...

We stayed three nights at this wonderful little hotel which is so well located just 8-10 mins from the centre of town. There is secure parking off the narrow little streets which is a great bonus. The staff are very welcoming, speak excellent English and are very willing to help and assist. We had a very leisurely breakfast in the...

We stayed here on a journey to Brittany. Only one night so we will return for a full stay of the town and this hotel is centrally located but away from the crowded streets. The ambiance is so relaxing with many paintings and objets d'art. The room was well decorated and a new bathroom. We had a welcome reception and...

despite a first half night unpleasant because of wait paint odor in our room, we finally changed room in the middle of the night, we enjoyed the old fashioned style of this place. The manager was very helpful for this., very well located hotel, 2mn from the port, restaurants and shops without any use of the car....Rooms are a bit...

Very nice hotel with secure parking very close to town shops and restaurants, great location and well sign posted. Good bars and fish restaurant within five minutes. Very friendly staff and make you feel welcome

Great welcome, enthusiastic and friendly staff in a superb location, with secure parking, a short walk from the harbour. Our room was clean, although the decor was dated and tired and needed a make over. However the en-suite bathroom was spacious and well equipped. We would question whether the stay was good value for money, considering the price we paid...

Hotel L’Ecrin lives up to its billing as a romantic setting with quiet rooms and lots of amenities. Originally owned by a wealthy local merchant, this former estate was perfect for us. Located above the historic and beautiful town of Hon Fleur, it is the perfect location for settling in and relaxing between day trips to nearby sites. The staff...

Fascinating collection of artefacts in the rooms in the main house and lovely conservatory for meals. Extremely comfortable bed and good shower but common areas a little "tired". Warm welcome from delightful staff and excellent buffet breakfast. Added benefit of car parking. Will definitely return.

Overall a pleasant hotel. We spent one night, our first night in France. Lugging our luggage up and down 3 floors was not fun. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to the harbor area, where we walked for dinner. My only complaint is the rather dangerous...
