The hotel & restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful & hardworking. The rooms were clean & bathrooms spotless. We left early & came back late and stayed in the friendly bar until retiring for the night so location was never an issue.
Stayed here as part of a D-Day package tour.

It was some time ago so I can't remember that much. We weren't tempted to leave the hotel because there was nothing much in the vicinity - not an eatery in sight. I seem to recall that someone at reception asked if we would be having dinner that night and gave us a menu to look at. There were three choices of main course and three, I think, of dessert. I certainly don't remember paying over the odds and the quality was fine.... but it wasn't Masterchef.
