Well situated hotel for the city and sights. Secure underground parking and room clean and comfortable. Reception staff and waitresses friendly, welcoming and efficient. Staff let down by bar staff. On both nights we were unable to get a second drink as staff had disappeared although it was before 10pm and the bar was still open. Would stay here again...

I have reviewed this hotel before so this is by means of an update. I last stayed here around 14 months ago. The staff could not be more attentive. My room was on the third floor which was nice - until I opened the door. We all know that when it comes to smoking - certain european countries have found...

Have stayed here four times in the last year. The rooms are pretty dull, but fine for business (about the same as a Travel Inn). The staff were great. Let me check in at 7:30am - straight off the ferry - without additional charge. On another occasion they happily moved my room so I could get a better wifi signal...

Rooms 'compact but adeqaute. Good beds and showers and a TV with a very low volume threshold - could hardly hear it, but that's my age. For overnighting OK - clean, good AC. Breakfast fair for 9 Euro, taken in the adjacent restaurant which also offers room service. (Note: this is separate from hotel - possibly part of the Accor...

This hotel is very basic (as we all know Ibis), but quite good. Rooms (and bathroom) are typical Ibis-style, but not small (as it might be sometimes in an Ibis hotel) The location of this hotel is excellent. Near to the city center of Caen. Internet connection is good in this hotel (and free!) Private Parking is an extra advantage!...

Standard Ibis: clean, functional and very reasonable value as far as the room itself is concerned. Our room - a very quiet one - on the third floor was quite small, but the hotel served as a more than satisfactory base for looking around Caen and in our case, cycling along the canal to Pegasus Bridge and back. Staff were...

The hotel was ok, luckily we found somewhere to park for free as they charge a lot for car parking. The room was ok if small, the gap betwen teh end of the bed and the wall you could just edge past as it was so narrow about 30cm (illegal in the UK) The breakfast was expensive for what you...

You get what you pay for. It's clean and basic. Nice location by the boats. Some good eateries very close by. Would never have found it without sat nav. The integral restaurant provided good meat dishes.
