The staff were very welcoming and made every effort to help and advise us on all things we asked for.We had breakfast on one morning which was well cooked, varied , catering for all tastes. One or two things in the room needed attention, ie. the loo seat!, shower and lack of heavy curtain at the window onto the car park....

Had a one night stay booked in this charming hotel in town. We had to cancel due to family issue in Paris and concierge was gracious and waived cancellation charge for the missed night. Now that is heart.

The staff were very helpful. We had booked a double room but found it included bunks which made the room quite small. The breakfast was good and the location excellent. Parking was also very good. A short walk to the Tapestry and close to the Beaches by car.

After a full day of tour the D-Day beaches this hotel was a comfortable and friendly place for our overnight stay. We had a family room with our two boys aged 10 & 12 which gave us some extra room. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was great.

I was having a terrible time trying to book a D-Day sights excursion on my own, but Vito at the desk was able to work some magic and book a...

Excellent greeting on arrival. Very friendly and informative employees. Our room was huge and very peaceful - the first good nights sleep in 9 days. Breakfast was excellent - self-service with lots of choice. One minor improvement would be to install a power-shower.

Hotel is excellently located in the center of old Bayeux. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Our room was quite small (for 3 beds). The mattresses were not very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. In summary, the hotel's assets are it's location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
