My grandson and I spent one night at this hotel prior to a tour of the Normandy sites. We were just one block from our tour pick up spot. Our room was clean, we had free Wi-Fi and breakfast was included. Price was good. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and loved every minute of it. The hotel is very central but also very quiet (we were in the annexe across the courtyard) The suite we had was lovely and ticked all the boxes. Bayeux itself is beautiful, my son is a history teacher and was in his element here. We both particularly...

Excellent communication before and during our stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We opted to upgrade at the last and loved our room off a secure courtyard . Thanks, Barbara, for contributing to a delightful stay. From Bayeux we took tours to Omaha Beach & cementery as well as Mont Saint Michel. Cathedral and Tapestry not to be missed!!

On a solo trip to France, my first time. Here to see the invasion beaches, and other World War II history. With my limited French language skills, I really appreciated that everyone in the hotel spoke English, and made my life easy! I can also say the same about the restaurant. The hotel is a very nice facility, centrally located,...

The room that we had in the Annex of the Reine Mathilda was the best we had on the entire trip. The bed was comfortable and the room it self was huge. The bathroom was as large as the bedroom. The Annex is across the street from the main hotel and it is a bit of a hassle to get...

We stayed here for our Normandy battlefield tour in March, 2017. Great location, easy walk to/from the train station, close to the cathedral, and about a block and a half from the meet up spot for the tours. The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating, rooms were a little small but clean and comfortable. Great value as well, would...

Very friendly staff. Ask where the room is. If you're put in room 3, beautiful view of the cathedral, the noise from the restaurant below will go until quite late at night. No air conditioning, but there is a window without a screen. Bed in room 3 is hard and uncomfortable. Good sized bathroom and decent space in the room...

We stayed for 2 nights in March 2017. We got an excellent price for a large and very comfortable double room, in a lovely quiet courtyard in the centre of town. All the hotel facilities were great, the restaurant served nice food (lovely ice cream desserts!) and everywhere we had very friendly service. The location is right in the town...

Lovely comfortable room and beautiful bathroom. Fantastic bed. Very large! This renovated old "Maison " is within easy walking distance of everything. The Brasserie at the hotel is good value and nice friendly staff. We got a friendly welcome on arrival and an escort to the room which is in a separate building across the road. Parking is available in...

Our stay at this hotel was very good, it's old but very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and seemed to be happy in their jobs. The location is excellent, across the road from the cathedral, a walk away from the Bayeux tapestry museum, and practically in the centre of the town. There is free parking...
