It's a beautiful place that provides a home away from home -- if only for a night or two -- close to the Tapestries, the Cathedral, the Normandy D-Day sites, and is at a quiet and charming side of Bayeux. We loved the bakery close by. Our room was clean, updated, comfortable, quiet and steps away from the B&B's terrific... More

We stayed 3 nights in the family suite and we really enjoyed it. Private, comfortable, and very clean. The hostess was gracious and we loved our breakfast each morning, homemade jam, croissants, pastries, cereal, cheese and baguettes. The location couldn't be better. Lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it!

We have quaint rooms that are great nestled into an alley way on a busy street. The rooms are small but clean with good beds and good showers. It is situated right on the street with easy access to restaurants, a convenience store and next door to bakery.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the two-level family suite. The stairs to the second floor bathroom were fine for us but would definitely be a little challenging for those with less dexterity. Breakfast was perfect - cheese, fruit, cereal, homemade treats, and good coffee. We had our wine outside on the terrace each evening. Valerie was very kind... More

Great place if you come with a large family of 5 or 6 as there is one two level room with enough pace. Would be the perfect place for a trip to Normandie without having to spend a lot of money on 2 or 3 rooms.

The room was a little small, and also very poorly set up. The TV was on a shelf which blocked access to the bed. I had to dodge every time I went past. The lighting was very dull inside the room. Outside lighting was insufficient. The breakfast was barely passable- no variety and bread and cheese were reused. The hostess... More

Central for walking around Bayeus with a very helpful host who speaks English well. it is surrounded by a variety of dining options. I would first like to say that Valerie who runs this guesthouse is absolutely lovely. She really helped us out when we needed someone to speak in French to our rental company - she really is a nice person . The guesthouse is very easy to find, it's right on the main street of Bayeux, parking isn't an issue with... More

First of all, this place is very hard to find. We drove up and down the street several times before spying the very small sign. We had a hard time finding a place to park but I think that's normal for these smaller towns. We stayed in a small room upstairs in the back. The staircase could be a problem... More
