We used this apartment for our visit to Lille for the football match between Wales and Belgium. It is within walking distance of the main Train and Bus Station. You can also take the Metro which stops a few hundred yards away. The apartment was clean and tidy. The facilities were good and the breakfast was more than adequate. The... More

The location of these apartments is very far out of town - at least a 25 minute walk. However, there is a metro station quite close by that is reasonably priced. My main issue with this place is all the hidden charges. For car parking for 4 days we paid an extra €80. Breakfast, has we wanted it would have... More

Staff weren't helpful and seemed to charge for everything. 15€ to park your car in their garage for ONE night is just..what? Despite us booking as a group we had to pay twice for parking due to having two cars. The rooms were dirty and grotty, with a basic table and cooking equiptment (stove, microwave etc). Now we turn our... More

Walked about 20 minutes from Lille Europe and found the hotel in an ok area with fair bit of parking and one decent restaurant close by. The room was spacious and had separate kitchen area with fridge/sink/microwave and there was a sliding door onto the balcony. Wifi (paid) & TV were intermittent and the breakfast / dining area adequate but... More

I stayed in this hotel at the end of May 2016. After reading the reviews I expected that it will be the worst hotel in my life, but fortunately it was not so bad. The woman at reception had a good English and was friendly. The room was clean enough, with good furniture, and contained everything I need to prepare... More

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and this is the worst one EVER. There were stains and garbage everywhere and cigarette butts all over the windowsill. There was another drunken group partying until early in the morning but the staff did not stop the noise. Disgraceful. Made you feel disgusting to even be in the room, let... More

First I had a very unpleasant experience because they have a program at the reception. I arrived Sunday late and nobody was there. It was an adventure because I got a key from a room but I didn't know which room. It took about one hour and a lot of phone calls until I found out which is my room... More

I stayed at this place with two other people for 5 nights and this is the worst hotel I´ve ever been to. I slept in the "livingroom" and for the first nigth all I had was a fleece blanket that looked old, used and dirty. I asked for a duvet in the reception but the lady there was very rude... More

Firstly let me start by saying that my room was very clean. It was not dirty as has been stated from other people's reviews. It is about 15 minutes walk from the Grand Palais metro station and there are buses running nearby as well. I had a double studio room and the price was reasonable for two nights. It's located...
