Chosen for its location close to the city centre, Hotel Heliot proved better than we expected - from the airport bus that stops just 100m from the door, to the free city bus service that passes close by, this was an excellent base for the three nights we stayed in the city. The owner speaks excellent English and was very...

Easy walking distance from the train station and to all the city center restaurants and museums. The English-speaking owner is friendly and accommodating. Large room for a small European hotel. Be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs since there is no elevator. Impressive security system for guest entry: a fingerprint scanner unlocks the front door. On a quiet small street...

Very nice litlle hotel at the center of Toulouse at an affordable price. In 10 minutes walk you arrive to the train station and the bus that goes to the airport stops nearby as well and there are lots of restaurants around. I have to go to Toulouse from time to time and I will keep staying at this hotel....

If you like cats and want a lovely little hotel on a backstreet in the centre of town. I highly recommend this one. It's also a short walk to the train station, but we had a car and they have great private parking in a secure courtyard. There is a lovely character, Elliot the cat who made our stay even...

Stayed for one night on route to Carcassonne. Fantastic location for central Toulouse if time is a constraint. Really comfy place with homely feel and very friendly staff. Parking is across the road in the public car park. Will use again

Dear Sir, it's always a pleasure to read feedback from our customers, it helps us improve the service we offer. I am also very pleased that you enjoyed our perfect location to visit our beautiful city, and rest in peace. However, you seem to insinuate that the hotel, excepting the elevator we never will install, needs repairs, although it was...

The hotel manages to combine a perfect situation with a quiet setting. There is a public car park nearby. My top floor room was spacious and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. There is no lift, so free fitness training is included in the price.
