We stayed for one night and we were really pleased with our hotel choice. We had originally booked to stay in another hotel in the square but cancelled due this & changed to the Hotel Balcon due to trip advisor & we are so glad we did. Service lovely, very polite and couldnt do enough to help us. They were...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and loved it!!This hotel is well located in the centre of Toulouse, right on the side of the Place du Capitole. Our room ( 419, Classic room) was modern, well designed and had a cosy and clean feel. There was plenty of light in the room, the bed was...

This great hotel is ,literally, steps off the side of the Place du Capitole in central Toulouse. Lots of great shops/restaurants ($$$$) lining the area. Our suite was absolutely chic & boutique, with a balcon which looked out over the street below. Street was noisy, but once the balcony doors were closed, it was blissfully quiet. The shower was OUT...

Yes, it is slightly expensive but Le Grand Balcon really is a lovely place to stay. The location is perfect, being a stone's throw away from the Place du Capitole and the Capitole metro stop is 150 metres away. I stayed in one of the "cosy" class rooms which was actually quite spacious. The room had a huge Loewe flatscreen...

My stay at the hotel was only two days but the staff provide top notch service, very friendly and accommodating to every hotel guest. The junior size room which I stayed in is the perfect size for a couple or solo traveler. Very modern design with usability of the room. Note to American travelers, this hotel is what we would...

This hotel is well located in the centre of Toulouse, a stone's throw from the Place du Capitole. The interior is modern, well designed and has a cosy feel. Our Classic room was a decent size and had good in-room facilities. There's plenty of light in the room and the palette of neutral colours helped to create a relaxing space....

We thought the Grand Balcon was basically lovely, but for a hotel this expensive not to get your room made up till 4 pm seems pretty awful. Breakfast is 20 Euros. How can this be a good value? We found wonderful breakfasts at the cafes on the Capitoul. So, nice place for a splurge, but don't count on getting your...

The Grand Balcon was a treat to ourselves in a mostly camping tour of France. We stayed two nights and got an excellent rate direct from the hotel website. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we were getting a free room upgrade. Happy days!!! For very reasonable mid-range prices we really felt we got a high end...
