Hotel was clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, and the front desk staff were fun and helpful. Hotel was well located, if a little difficult to find at first (we had a car, but we parked it on arrival, and walked everywhere). The front desk fellow had some very good restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. We wanted to use the... More

We were disappointed with this hotel as had seen excellent Trip Advisor reviews but it is very basic, very budget and the room we were in and access to it in dire need of a revamp. But we were only overnighting and it was a quick walk to heaps of fruit and vegetable markets and good cafes. Sorry to say... More

Spent two nights on a combined business/sightseeing trip. Hotel rooms have a nice standard, comfortable bed and good bathroom. It is very quiet for its hotel, but is only app. 10 min. away by foot from main square, and 15 minutes away from Garonne river. All main city sights can easily be reached by foot. Breakfast buffet for French standards... More

We loved this 13 room hotel tucked away off a street near to station in a 'developing area' , which is only 5 minutes from the city centres. Staff were great who could not do enough for us and the rooms were a good size. Only food offered is a good breakfast but lots of restaurants close by. Only short... More

We were two couples visiting Toulouse and also there to go to a Saracens vs Toulouse rugby game. Reception staff were courteous, efficient. Rooms were clean, crisp bed linen, spacious room, really quiet, free mini-bar (no free alcohol though!) and a very welcome packet of crisps! Also a coffee making machine / hairdryer etc. It was a very straightforward 15... More

First of all we had some difficulties finding this hotel as it is tucked away on a side street. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We were surprised to find that most of the staff spoke better English than our French, and switched over to English once they found out we were visiting from Western Canada. The hotel was very... Friendly, very well English speaking staff. Rooms are nice and clean. 400 metres far away to Jean d'arc station and The Capitol square. It would be better if they've served international breakfast. If u care about noise, location is quiet but need soundproof for rooms. Supermarket and Pharmacy is just a few steps far away. Also special thanks to barmen... More
