A fantastically stylish hotel in a central location. Our room was beautifully decorated with a cartoon theme and had a modern bathroom and multi coloured lighting. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only reason I haven't given this hotel top marks is down to a personal preference rather than a 'fault' and that is there are no public...

We chose this trip from Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. If, like us, you like high standards but informality, this is the place for you. The hotel has allot of character and is right in the heart of an upmarket, interesting area. It's also easily accessible if you are on foot - as we were. We had a Junior...

We stayed at the hotel as a party of four. We arrived late due to flight delays but we're called by the hotel and given door codes etc to allow us to get in. As it turned out we arrived in time to be greeted by the on duty staff who were super friendly and very helpful. Great place with...

I had a very enjoyable stay in the Hotel des Arts, although not everything was perfect. First of all, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was individually styled and had a lot of character. From my room on the top floor I had a nice view down the alley and across roofs. My room had limited storage...

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to all that Toulouse has to offer. Having spent three uncomfortably hot nights with no air con in Avignon I was looking forward to a hotel that had this simple amenity. My heart sank somewhat when the very helpful receptionist offered "it will be hot this weekend" which I read...

Thank you for having taken the time to leave your impressions concerning your stay. We are glad that you've enjoyed the hotel's location in the center of the town and our quality of service. About the air-conditioning, we have 5 rooms with air-conditioning available. The rest of the hotel should also be equipped in the future! We are sorry that...

Ideally situated in the heart of the historic city, perfect for shopping, sight seeing and even a visit to the Opera, this charming hotel embodies the personality and charm of Toulouse itself. Our welcome was warm and helpful, and our junior suite (Music) was comfortable, well equipped and the champagne ordered was delivered to our room in style. There are...

I chose this hotel primarily due to its location, but it did not disappoint at all and I would have no hesitation in booking there again. Perfect location for walking around the centre of town and fantastic value. As the name of the hotel suggests our room was very ‘arty’, with artwork around the room, as well as quirky mood...

Stayed for two nights mid June. Well located within the older part if Toulouse just opposite the museum. Rooms very well equipped perhaps stylish and chic rather than relaxed ( personal taste). No breakfast dining area so breakfast was offered in the room as our room was slightly on the small side ( we could have booked a bigger suite),...

We spent three nights in this hotel. The hotel is small, with stylish decor. The breakfast delivered to our room was generous, with fresh fruit, coffee and a splendid choice of pastries and bread. Great location, just around the corner from a square with lots of cafes and restaurants, and close to the Musee des Augustins, the narrow streets of...

We would like to thank you for your comment. We are glad that you've enjoyed your room, the breakfast and the neighborhood! The hotel is placed in a very ancient building and we are not allowed to build an elevator... We do of course warn our customers as best as we can to prevent any problems! Best regards, Olivia.
