We stayed here one night as our train got into Toulouse late and we were leaving early the next morning for a cycling tour. Convenient location right opposite the train station, and the staff were really friendly about finding a place for us to keep our bikes indoors as the streets are a bit dodgy (we kept them in their...

Service- very good. It is family run. The receptionist is the son of the owner. He gave me very help advice on where to shop and to eat. He answered all my questions patiently without rushing me. He also allowed me to keep my luggage there until evening. Room- Ah- decent but consider the price it is what I expected....

The main sites of Toulouse are in a walking distance from this hotel. Its not very cheap but its nit expensive at all for what you get.

My first impressions weren't particularly good, not helped by the fact it was raining, not the hotel's fault, obviously. The entrance is up a very steep stairway, which was slightly tatty and therefore not very welcoming, there was odd bits of furniture on the landings, the plaster was missing where some repair work had been done and we had a...

Amongst the strong points of this hotel, conveniently located near the main railway station, the bus station and the Metro, is the helpfulness/friendliness of the manager and the other staff. The bedrooms are good, comfortable beds and very clean however the bathroom that we had was a little tired and needs to be refurbished. Breakfast was more than adequate with...

The Hotel des Ambassadeurs does not provide any frills - beds are comfortable, bathrooms quite large, telephone and television available, but otherwise basic - nevertheless good price-amenities balance. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Nevertheless, the owner-receptionist-maintenance man was very knowledgeable and expressed genuine interest in everything. The night receptionist was also very knowledgeable and gave us very...

As a group of 16 guys we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on a stag do to Toulouse. The hotel was great value and the staff were very accommodating – all spoke good English. It was well located for the train station/airport bus link (1 minute away) and city centre (10 minutes walk). The rooms and bathrooms were...

Stayed for four nights - rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. Gave very good local advise on restaurants, tourist attractions, and places to avoid. Near the station and well located for going out in town. Will definitely stay there again when we next visit Toulouse.

My four sisters and I were able to fit in a large room. My favorite thing about Hotel Ambassadeurs is the service. We felt safe and looked after. Our room was reconfigured just for us. They checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Our beds had crisp sheets and fresh duvet covers. I loved laying down and going to...

I stayed there first on October 17 attracted by its handy position to the station. Then I returned two unexpectedly two days later attracted by the helpfulness of the staff. On both occasions someone helped take my luggage up the stairs from ground level to reception and then to my room. All the staff on reception were friendly and Mathias...
