The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the main plazas, and a minute or 2 further from St Sernin and the other key sites. The bus to/from the airport stops 2 streets away...very easy! The staff are lovely, the breakfast is plentiful and although the room only had a fan (no AC) it was fine. Would stay again.

Permanence in this hotel could be convenient to stay in Toulouse at low price. The position is very good, just 100 meters from Jaun Joures, close to downtown and easy to reach from the airport. The room is small, clean enough, unfortunately with the moquette (with common here). The personnel is kind. The wifi si of good quality. The breakfast... More

If you use customer ratings as your guide to a hotel, you know the system isn’t infallible.Sometimes 2-star is really 2-star. I booked Cousture based on its 8/10. I have no idea how that score came about. Hard to say much good about this hotel, except the staff are nice. The tattered welcome mat warns you. Suitcases travel up to... More

Lovely little hotel, situated very central. 2 minute walk to Jean Jaurès Metro. 5 minutes walk to airport shuttle (€8) on Allées. Tram (€1.60) from airport to Palais de Justice tram/metro stop. Then a 40 minute walk to hotel. Lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast ( plentiful) €10. No hot drinks facilities en suite. However, room was very clean. Logistically ideal. Recommended

Lukewarm-to-disinterested reception, small room, noisy area, and parking that was a long, long walk from the property. In fact, the parking was in a public lot, where there's obviously no guarantee of availability. The hotel wasn't all that close to the old city's attractions, so there wasn't any element of convenience to this choice. Trying to positive on at least... More

Very well located close to bars and restaurants but very noisy. Actually it is like you sleep with neighborhood... My room was very small but brand new and very clean. Breakfast was very good! Staff was also nice.

We arrived around 8.00pm on a warm (30C) evening. Check in was fine, with the staff courteous, We were given a room on the third floor. Upon entering the room the temperature was above 40C. We tried to turn on the air conditioner. It didn't work. This was reported to the management who said something would be done immediately. Within... More

The motel was very clean, the room was well presented with a comfortable bed. The location was very central and close to the public transport i.e. Airport transport. Also the staff was helpful and friendly. (Natasha)

When I walked into the hotel I could not believe my luck. The place looked great and the reception was excellent from the staff. Wow I thought, this is looking up from the dreadful place I stayed in Paris the night before. Room was great and at the time of unpacking very quiet. However after taking in some food and... More

We were impressed with the friendly, multi-lingual staff (English and French), but had to wear earplugs due to the nearby noise til the early morning. Can't speak on behalf of the breakfast, as I'm gluten intolerant and there were no options for gluten-free dining.
