Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Where to begin ... Bad area, dirty room, stink of trash near the elevator, broken equipment in the room, noisy, stink of other guests cooking. Very poor wifi requires sign in every time the phone screen goes black, wifi also slow. Very little cleaning of room, towels only once a week. You are required to clean the room before departure and it gets inspected by the front desk staff before you can check out!!! Front desk not 24 hours but plenty of staff during the day, I counted 5. Payment demanded one day before departure and then no receipt given. Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is more like a student backpackers. Avoid if you can.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Toulouse. It’s in a really good location, close to Place Dupuy, with good metro and bus links to the rest of town, not to mention a nice view over the Canal du Midi. There are numerous supermarkets, cafes & restaurants in the vicinity. Our room was small, but well-equipped, with a comfortable fold down bed. The communal air-conditioning was very effective during the heatwave taking place during our stay. The wi-fi was good, but the requirement to login afresh every time we returned to the room grew irritating and is out of step with normal standards. Despite our waiting until 3pm to check-in, the cleaners had not finished the room when we arrived with our keys. While the room has a kitchenette (ie. there are expectations of self-catering), no washing-up liquid is supplied (there was a sponge and draining rack). On enquiring, I was told that guests have to supply this themselves! This is ludicrous for a property marketing itself as an 'Appart Hotel'. No one on holiday carries washing-up liquid. Additionally, this was the only accommodation throughout our four weeks travelling in France that insisted on taking a copy of my passport at check-in – everywhere else was fine with my driver’s licence, so a slightly odd policy, rigidly applied.

I was surprised by the size, quality and amenities of this budget apartment hotel. Rooms have basic kitchen facilities, a door onto as small, quiet balcony, and cater for longer stays. During my four days, I walked to all the sites in this gorgeous town. And the room was quiet; not always a feature of budget place. Wonderful. Thanks

Not a bad place for the price at all. Beautiful views out of the balcony and a well equipped room. The staff were helpful despite a bit of a language barrier. Only main issue really was the beds. Whilst we knew it was a Murphy bed we were unfortunately only given one pillow and were told we couldn't get anymore which made for 2 sleepless nights. Overall though really lovely apartment / hotel and would reccomend! Just being your own bedding.

Great location in a very center of the city, secured underground parking, comfortable apartment for 2 couples to stay with 2 separate rooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. The apartment also has enough of space to store the luggage. We also had a balcony with a river view, which was quite enjoyable because of the 9th floor with no noise from the streets, with a beautiful view and silence. The property is located right next to the theater, it's just 2 min. walking distance which is very suitable if you have a tickets for the local dance and ballet shows. Very good value for money!

Well appointed room. Pull, down bed. Balcony. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A flat walk to the centre of town and plenty of bars and restaurants en route. Parking at 9€ a day is very reasonable. I have pad more than 19€ before..

My room was truly an apartment style space as it had a bedroom with a separate living space that housed a kitchen. The room comfortably fit 3-4 adults as the bed could fit 2 and the couch had a separate pullout making it into 2 twin beds. The room included a stove top, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils needed to prepare basic meals. The bathroom was different as the toilet was separate from the tub which was in fact a tub and not just a shower. Downside is that there is no air conditioning. I traveled in the spring so opening the window at night provided enough air flow, but it did create additional noise. The rooms have wifi, there are multiple restaurants within a few minutes walk, a market across the street, and the train station is about a 15 minute walk straight down the street. Toulouse is a rather small and walkable city for the most part, but this place is centrally located to just about everything in town.

The room was small with a fold out bed and a mini kitchen including fridge, stove and microwave. It had a balcony and a desk with a phone. The usual amenities, however, it was beside the elevator on the top floor and all night I could hear whenever someone used it. Not to mention that the elevators were INCERDIBLY slow! The breakfast was mediocre as well. No scrambled eggs and no bacon, just cold cuts of ham. The wifi was a pain because EVERY TIME you had to reenter the login details, even if you put yout iphone into sleep mode.

We had a studio apartment with its own kitchenette, tiny covered balcony, The bed pulled down over the settee so you could not have both. 2 stools at breakfast bar, 2 chairs (each at a desk) Enjoyed our stay but cramped when the bed was out. Pretty city with rivers and we will make another trip to do more investigating. It was very hot for our stay. You could not have a wheelchair in the room.
