- Hotel well located in a nice old sector of central Toulouse - Renovated with its own personality and character - Clean and functional room somehow basic, more on a 2 star plus rather 3 star. - nice small breakfast room with basic but quality products (freshly squeezed orange juice, soft boiled egg available, etc.) - Very nice welcome. Great little hotel with fabulous staff, will definitely stay again and would recommend. The WiFi worried me a little - don't put real details in when you register. If you go back to check the details you get someone else's name, address, email and telephone number!

This hotel is fine, but not really great. The location is good for the tourist. Some of the rooms are nice and others are dire. The rooms with large windows are planning pleasant, but there are some rooms with small upper windows that feel like jail cells. The furnishing is adequate, but nothing flash.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel St. Sernin. We loved the view from our room and the quiet and central location. The room was very clean and it was nicely renovated. I would stay there again! What a great week!

Nice little hotel, very conveniently located nearby the Basilique St Sernin. Access via one long flight of stairs without lift, but receptionist is willing to help with heavy luggage. Afterwards there is a lift to upper levels. Nice bedroom (number 11), although quite small, but I had asked for a simple comfort so no bother. Comfy bed, little working table,...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time writing this comment. As you said, there are few stairs to reach the front desk but then a lift takes you to the different levels of the hotel. The position is certainly a good feature of the hotel. We were apprehensive at poor entrance but after the walk up to the first floor we met a very friendly English speaking receptionist. There is an adequate lift to other floors. We had room 30 with lovely view over church. If loud bell ringing at 7 am worries you close the...

Dear guest, We really appreciate that you took the time writing us your feedbacks about your stay with us. As you said, the location is perfect if you want to enjoy the city center of Toulouse. We arrived with fresh paint. The rooms were very nicely presented, bed super comfortable. Wifi but only 1 device per room. Shower great. Breakfast bit pricey but nice. Friendly reception and breakfast person. Secure parking overnight if you ask when booking.

This is a nice, small (17 rooms) hotel that is well situated in the centre of Toulouse, right next to the Saint-Sernin Basilica. It is minutes from the Capitole and from the main shopping districts as well as to an airport shuttle stop. It must be noted that although the entrance is at street level, there are then stairs to...

Lovely little hotel in excellent position for sightseeing in Toulouse. Staff were extemely helpful and carried our bags up a flight of stairs to reception which is on the first floor.
