The hotel is well situated, in a quiet side-street next to the St Sernin Basilica. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, and just about big enough. The staff were friendly and helpful, and one, Alex, has a great sense of humour. The buffet breakfast was adequate but fresh.

This Hotel overlooks the St Sernin Basilica which is surrounded by a tree lined circular thoroughfare, from which the central shopping/restaurant and other attractions can be accessed within 5 minutes walking distance. Per chance during our stay we experienced occupation of two separate rooms, one on 1st floor, and one at the top of the building as shown in the...

Excellent location for a short visit to Toulouse, easy to walk to the Capitole and other attractions. Staff very helpful. Room clean and good bed etc. Would certainly recommend as good value for such a city centre hotel.

The hotel is nicely located in central Toulouse, although not situated in the most busy areas (which is good indeed). The staff is friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the stays in all ways. The breakfast (€13 at the time of our stay) was good, with ham, eggs, cheese and different kind of breads. The rooms are small, as they...

Dear Mrs, Mr, thank you first for staying in our hotel. Your comments help us improving the quality of our service. We would like to inform you that the cost of the breakfast has been changed to 11 € instead of 13€. We took into consideration your remark about developping our exit ways. Thank you again. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Downsides: The entrance is horrendous, and there is no elevator to the first floor, where the front desk is. The rooms are small, (I booked the more expensive rooms with a view on the Church, so I can't imagine the size of the more modest ones), there is no minibar, the heating system...

The people working in the reception were kind and helpful, mostly young students. The room was too small even for a single room but clean and tidy. The location was good and close to metro station and the city center.

This hotel claims to be a 3 stars, but it is definitely not. However, the price is definitely not that of a 3 stars hotel, so nothing really wrong here. You should take it like a very slightly above average 2 stars hotel, for a neat price, very near the center of Toulouse, and still in a very quite place....

Staff very polite and caring for the traveller, regardless if you are businessman or on holiday. The location is very central and clear of the sleezy areas near the train station-and yet around a 10 minute walk . Handy for restaurants and prime attractions.

We stayed one night at the St Sernin. It is very close to the Basilica and a short walk from many of Toulouse's attractions. We enjoyed the City. The staff were really helpful, helping us find a place for dinner. The buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent. The room itself was small but comfortable.

This 3 star hotel is in an excellent location in the old part of Toulouse adjacent to the St Sernin basilica. The airport bus costs 5.5 euro and if you get off at the St Jeanne d'Arc bus stop, the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk away - just head for the basilica. We picked up a free...
