I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, the food was very good either. I was there for a pilgrimage so I wasn’t searching a luxurious place where to stay but the hotel has been very comfortable and just 10/15 minutes away from the cave by foot. Strongly recommend!

I was originally looking forward to staying at this hotel, however I quickly realized I booked the incorrect dates. I contacted the hotel and they said they'd refund my card to allow me to rebook. Days passed and they never refunded my card. When I called back to check in they said they had decided not to refund me, instead they tried to hold my money hostage so I would book more nights with them. I have never been more disgusted with a hotel in my life. Horrible treatment. Never stay here - there are plenty of other great hotels in Lourdes where you don't have to deal with liars and cheats. If there are any issues with your reservation, you're money is gone.

We agree on one thing, this gentleman made a mistake in his reservation date. For the rest, everything else is wrong: First he booked a night that was said to be non-refundable by an online agency; that is, he benefited from a very advantageous price but with the constraint of not being able to cancel. We charged the amount planned for this reservation and a few hours later received the cancellation from him. Later still he wrote to us to let us know of his distress that he could not be reimbursed for his reservation on the Expedia website. Then we never told him we would pay him back. We then offered to save his money for another date that he said he would book with us. From that moment on, this gentleman told us that he wanted to be reimbursed, that we were thieves etc... If what this gentleman had been in his right, the agency would have forced us to reimburse. Of course the agency did not do so because we are within our rights; moreover, we proposed an alternative so that he would not lose his money, thus proving our good faith. For our part, we are always trying to find a solution, in the interest of everyone. No need to insult people, especially when you're wrong.

This is very good value for money. We stayed 3 nights last month and our room and bed was clean and comfortable. All the rooms are air conditioned. My only gripe is that they don’t have tea making facilities in the room. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the Lourdes sanctuary thus in a quieter area of the town. And the way to it from the sanctuary is a bit uphill so if you have mobility problems be aware of this. The staff were very prompt and quick in cleaning our room. And the manager Thierry was very friendly and funny as well. Overall, I highly recommend this mid-priced hotel if you don’t mind walking a bit further away from the centre,

This hotel has very friendly staff and the room was clean and neat. The hallways had a funny smell that just would not go away! The hotel is a nice to stay for a short hop in Lourdes as the hotel is not very close to the basilica. It is about a 15-minute walk but other hotels are so much closer. This hotel has an entire room with tables and chairs to sit and eat. One is not allowed to eat in the rooms which was inconvenient.

Arrived with my wife for a one night stay and I must say that everything was spot on from the moment we got there. We got a warm reception, our bed was very comfortable and the view with the mountains in the background was a nice bonus. We went out for a nice meal in the town and returned for a cognac nightcap and a chat, with who I assume was the younger of the two brothers who run the hotel. It's not the Ritz but it's excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to a friend.

It has been a real pleasure to welcome you and your wife for your short step in our town. Thank you for this friendly review, we often remember your fighting spirit but forget too much your warm and friendly communication. From a french flair supporter... and a real false younger brother!
