The hotel is centrally located in Lourdes, convenient for the train station and a short walk to the basilicas and grotto. The room was clean and the owner was friendly. Entrance is via the hotel restaurant, and at night you are given a code to access the door. I’m not sure why this place has been rated so highly on...

It is what you expect; a hotel close to the attractions, clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and help you with activities there is to do nearby. Negative points: WiFi not reliable, no Shampoo / Soap for shower, the room needs to be cleared by 9am as the cleaning staff do their round.

So many hotels reviewed on the net before I go and spend a (rainy) week-end in Lourdes! And I was very happy I actually chose this one! It is very easy to reach from the train station and it is ideally located between the turistic area (basilic) and the city center (5min walk). There are many places to eat around....

Small single bed and the bathroom is a tiny yet adequate. Homemade dinner was good enough. Breakfast was a bit lacking. No eggs or bacon. The elevator to the top is a tight squeeze. But the room and the entire facility is clean and the shopkeeper is very friendly. He even offered to live our bags at his office so...

Very friendly, familiar place to stay. Good value for money. The room was very clean and comfortable, also quiet.

Generous, very helpful attitude of staff completely overcomes limited English of some of them. Could legitimately have charged us for the first no show night (missed railway connection) but they didn't. Exceptional value at such a low price, including the low cost, generous evening meal in little family style restaurant. The 'sense' of comfort is far in excess of the...

We had three single rooms, 46 euro per day full board . The food was very very good for the price. Rooms and beds are basic but what do you expect?

The location of this small hotel is ideal: walking around the corner you arrive at the main avenue that takes you right down to the Sanctuary of Lourdes (some 5-7 minutes walking). The owner is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic (no TV, but can be rented at 5€ a day) but clean and in a good state. I...

A very simple hotel, big room and bath, walking distance from the train station and to Our Lady of Lourdes shrine. The owner is very accommodating, courteous and nice. We arrived late at around 11 pm and he left a note the door to call him in case we arrive. He easily responded and didn't mind to have the check-in...
