Extremely small & dark room (and bathroom). Bad smell on top of it (smoking?). On the positive side, it was clean and bathroom was newly renovated. Breakfast buffet which would have been OK under normal circumstances but NOT during the pandemic summer 2020. During a pandemic you need other solutions - not only for the receptionist (who was well-protected)
Good for our needs as used for a stopover on route to southern Spain. Friendly welcoming receptionist both in the evening and early morning. Convenient and near to the motorway. Are staying again on our return from Spain.
Hotel threadbare and needs a serious upgrade and has insufficient staff. Any good impression the previous owner gave has totally been negated. The hotel is out of its legue in the neighborhood. There will not be a 3rd visit from his.
Just a quick overnight stay, special thanks to Yannick, who was friendly, helpful & efficient! Would stay here again if passing through Nimes! Room was small but clean & comfortable. Could do with newer Televisions or Englsh Speaking channels!
I planned to stay at the Formule 1 next door, but they were full so I went to the Inter-Hootel instead and stayed 2 nights. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi was great. On my second day I walked into town and visited the Roman monuments, and after I checked out the staff were happy to let me leave my car in the hotel car park while I went on the train to Le Grau du Roi for the day. The breakfast at €6.80 was good value and set me up for the day! It's about half-an-hour's walk to the city centre, but bus #7 stops nearby. There is a Courte-Paille restaurant next door, and a McDonalds, Flunch and big supermarket very close.
