Very clean and adequate facilities and amenities. Located in the old town with easy access to the chateau and the "new" town. Liked the privacy and security set up. Staff were helpful and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time.

Great location. If you walk out and to the right and then turn left up the road you can get to the Porte Narbonnaise entrance to La Cité without having to make your way through La Cité. There is a lovely little walk up to La Cité when you turn left on exiting the apartments. We had a one bedroom...

When we booked this room we were a bit nervous reading other reviews.Well it is what it is,fantastic location, clean and quiet with efficient friendly staff. The buildings are neat with recent facelift.Rooms are basic, comfortable and clean which is all you need if you are travelling. Get out into town and up to the awesome castle and come back to...

This could be called an 'efficiency' hotel with very basic functions but at least they're all there. The rooms aren't fancy but adequate, the place is reasonably clean but could use a bit of detaiing in places like bathrooms, things like doors and toilet roll holders could use a bit of mechanical attention, but with a location just next to...

In my opinion, the best thing of these apartments is that they are 5 minutes walk to Cité Medieval. I took a one floor apartment. We were 3 people. There was a master room with a double bed and a cupboard. A bathroom with a bath tube and sink. The WC was apart, in a tiny room with no window....

Internet to forget, room's status poor, shower to forget, plenty of flies around. The staff was very polite and the hotel common areas were in good order. Difficult to find parking upon arrival and check in is too late

This hotel is the perfect starting point for a visit of the castle. It only takes a 5 minutes walk. Pricing is moderate, the staff was friendly and the hotel features a secured parking, useful for travellers with much luggage. Unfortunately at least our room was in a very bad condition. Battered furniture, stained blankets and carpet and walls that...

The great location (right at the base of the castle) and budget price saves this place from being a complete disaster as the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The service we received was a bit of a mixed bag with some staff better than others but overall we were happy enough with this aspect. The rooms are big...

First off - this place is perfect from a location, budget, and value perspective. Just make sure you're listening to the check-in information to avoid the experience we had. Disappointingly the hotel reception is often closed throughout the day - particularly at key check in times! Upon returning to the hotel after dinner, I'd realised that I'd lost the room...

“Request a room that has access to the 'free wifi' if this is a concern to you. Also pay the extra 8.50 Euro for the secure parking - much better to not have to stress about parking tickets.”
