Great worth for your money: It isnt in the center, but on a shop/supermarket area but it was a 20 minutes walk to the walled old city, has great beds, good service and english speaking, very helpfull personel. Free parking. We didnt eat or have breakfast there, rather we chose to get our breakfast at the supermarket across the street....

The cleanliness, the style, the food and, above all, the friendly, helpful staff all put this hotel way above the standard we were expecting at this price. Rooms are small, but well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable mattresses and bed-linen. Good-sized shower room, with large, powerful shower. Evening meals so good that we chose to eat there on three evenings...

We only stayed here for one night but we much preferred this hotel to the two other more expensive and better located ones we stayed in while in the Languedoc. The rooms are spotless, fun, and a little bit sci-fi. Because the hotel is so new, no smoking smells lurk in carpets or curtains. We arrived late and had to...

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Carcassonne. This is a fairly new hotel - with good parking and represents good value, but it is situated at the edge of a large retail/industrial estate and has no real outdoor relaxation area. The room was a little small but adequate, clean and comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel, but...

Nice hotel, located on the fringes of a retail park, easy enough to find. Quite new, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was always good, had one evening meal there and it was very nice. Bit of a walk into the main town of the Cite, 20 - 30 mins but pleasant enough. Cost 12 Euros to get a taxi to...

We preferred this hotel to a "5-star" hotel we stayed in previously on our trip, that cost almost twice as much. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the "Cite", roughly 10 minutes further to the town centre. It is located in a business park, with cut-price supermarkets, shoe shops, etc. for neighbours. GOOD The hotel is brand new,...

Recent stay for a week with my youngest son to watch the Tour de France. We used this hotel as a base to travel and watch various stages. Very impressed with this hotel over all. Front of house staff Nelly, Ben and Gilles cannot do enough for you and speak very good English. The hotel is brand new clean and...
