Just want to warn others so they won't have to go through a similar horrible experience. I stayed there in 2005 and it still upsets me. Looks like things have not changed. I made reservations for a double with shower over the phone 2 months before we arrived. However, when we got there, the lady manager/owner insisted in a very...

This hotel certainly gets mixed reports and I can see both sides of the story. The location is sensational only 750m to Lourve and 600m to a metro station makes this hotel something to think about. For basically 75 Euro you get a room and now breakfast included. That's very cheap for Paris but the rooms do let you down....

We read about this hotel in a book called "The rough Guide to French Hotels and Restaurants" it's where French people travel to, we totally enjoyed every place that we have stayed at on their recommendation, however, this Hotel is a bit different, first you only pay 65 Euros per night in a great location, behind the Louvres, it's walking...

I stayed at a studio owned by Hotel de Lille- (rue de Pelican) which was situated right around the corner on rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, from May 16th until June 4th and simply adored every minute of my stay! Both the hotel and the studio are situated in the first arrondissement, which is only a few minutes walking distance from Le...

A friend of mine actually suggested this place, and I trusted him. Only after I got back to the states he told me that it was at least 10 years ago that he stayed there. And I looked here, at travel advisor for a review, but could not find one. Now I see there are 5, and let me first...

We were very excited to stay here since it was only 65 Euros a night and minutes from most of the stuff we wanted to see in Paris. It turned out the hotel was in fact too good to be true. My wife called the hotel about a month before our trip to book our stay. They asked us to...

We reserved a room 4 weeks ahead. I clearly said it was for 2 persons. They asked me to phone back about 4 days before we would arrive for confirmation. It seemed ok, i they want confirmation, it must be good... The confirmation was ok, we could come at the agreed date. We didn't had to pay nothing in advance...

The hotel is cheap and the location is very good. Confort and cleanness are just acceptable. But the point with these guys is that they just seem not to care about their clients. Once they trapped your money they met their target. We needed the kind of help and assistance you need when you are in vacations, but did not...
