We choose to stay here because it was easily to transit to Massey train station from other train stations. This is in the 14th area and a fun local area "Latin Quarter". Unfortunately for us it was summer and most things were closed leaving it...More
Denfert-Montparnasse is a good little hotel for the price and location. Very close to the Metro. Room was very comfortable.Staff speak multi languages including English which was great. Reception Staff very helpful and informative. The main Paris attraction is a very pleasant 30 minute walk....More
Quiet and rather clean, you may chose that hotel if you want to stay in Paris downtown for a short stay. Breakfast needs to be improved (quantity, quality, diversity). It is quiet and at walking distance from points of interest.

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small
gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the centre of Paris this neighbourhood has something for every hour of the day.
