There were 4 of us who stayed at the Phenix Hotel at the recommendation of a co-worker who stayed there several years ago. We should have checked with Trip Advisor to see other recommendations. We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. The lobby appeared very clean and gave no clue of the condition of our rooms. We knew this...

We stayed here several years ago and I'm glad it is still getting good reviews. It is a bare bones hotel but clean andfriendly. Great location near the Arch de Triumph and just off the Champs'. It can't be beat for the money!

A excellent experience in Paris. The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, very clean rooms, and good prices. The staff group were atenciously and help us to know better the city. I'm sure that a new visit in Paris we will come back there.

A perfect choice for a traveler who wants a clean bed, private bath, and a great location. Bare bones, with a great price. I typically paid around $50-60 per night a few years back (haven't been since 2003). I'm posting this review since I only see one other for this hotel. The Phenix Hotel is located a couple blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, an AirFrance bus stop and the Charles De Gaulle Etoile Metro station. Therefore, getting to the hotel from CDG airport is very easy, as is getting around Paris. The area is safe, clean and near ave. de Champs-Elysees.
