Le Saint is a small, very charming, newly renovated old hotel in a very centrally located part of town. Easy to get to museums, shopping, restaurants, etc. The room was a bit small but functional. Not many people go to Paris to stay inside a hotel room for much time. The closet could have used a light but other than...

I always stay in this neighborhood on my annual trip to Paris, and this was my second visit here, my first after the renovation and renaming. I was NOT disappointed. The hotel is lovely and charming, the breakfast delicious (although hotter eggs, please?) and the location is perfect. But most importantly, the staff here - every single person with whom...

Close to St. Germain, Musee du Louvre, stands at very convenient place. Well trained staff, comfortable room and nice cafe, provided us very pleasant stay. Hotel in a central Paris area is not so cheap, however price of this hotel is reasonable, I think.

After a few business trips, I finally went there with my family and they loved it. This is chic, cosy but and discreet . Like a second home in Paris. Very relaxing. A small hotel with all what a large palace could offer. Will hopefully go again.

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
