We recently stayed at this hotel in France for 4 nights and 5 days, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. Unlike many hotels in France, the rooms here were spacious and comfortable, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job; every time we returned to our room, it was spotless, and we felt completely secure leaving our valuable belongings behind. The staff’s dedication and professionalism were truly impressive. Additionally, the hotel’s location was fantastic – very central and convenient for both sightseeing and business. Overall, this hotel offers cleanliness, excellent service, and an outstanding team. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It was like having a VRBO in Paris with daily service. We walked to most major attractions with the exception of the Eiffel Tower, which would have been an hour long walk to get there. The location of this hotel is interesting, as it’s right on the border of the 5th and 6th. I would say that it felt more like the 5th to us, and it seemed close to a lot of restaurants and bars that were popular with the student crowd. We were easily able to find restaurants nearby that suited us, and all of our favorite places in the 6th were about a 5 minute walk away. In terms of the room, we chose the 1 bedroom Charmeur and it was exactly as pictured. The hotel provides robes, slippers, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes a combination washer and dryer unit. I had to google the model number to find a manual, but otherwise it worked well, if slowly as compared to American machines. There’s also a full laundromat next door if you simply have to do massive amounts of laundry. In terms of improvement: the TV options are limited and it’s impossible to pair your iPhone for casting. Not like we were in the room to watch TV, but we noticed the absence after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom has limited shelving. Also, yes, the elevator is small but I have seen much worse in Paris, so it wasn’t a problem for us. We did hear a lot of loud people in the stairway but thankfully the noise didn’t last. There’s also noise from people congregating in the open air lobby, and it’s a neighborhood so you’ll hear from the residents to an extent. None of these issues were dealbreakers for us and we would highly recommend this hotel. All in all it was a fantastic location and we would stay again.

Room Tip:Â Avoid restaurants around Luxembourg Gardens. They were disappointing and tourist traps.

Visited with my partner and parents for a surprise 60th birthday trip. I had previously stayed here for a Bachelorette trip and in 2022 so booked the Three-Bedroom Duplex La Perle suite as we’d had this during the Bachelorette trip. The suite is well set out with plenty of space, there was only 4 of us on this trip so the two twin beds were unused. The kitchen has everything you’d need and there’s a small shop right across the street from the hotel for essentials. It is a tad pricey but for the connivence of being just access the street it’s handy. Check-in was smooth and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, arranging a taxi for us to the airport. The area is a great base to explore Paris, super close to Notre Dame and easy to walk around. As we were there for a short visit we tended to use Uber and Bolt to get about for ease. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower along the river in about an hour or so, it’s quite a nice stroll. The suite was spotlessly clean, a lovely big bath upstairs and the bedrooms are really spacious with plenty of room. There are two bedrooms, one on the same level as the kitchen and living room then stairs up to a mezzanine with a further bathroom and bedroom. The only thing is the two twin beds are in the mezzanine area which is open plan, so if you were in bed and people were say, watching tv in the living room you’d be able to hear them. Also if you weren’t well acquainted with the people you were with, it’s not very private. I’d not been upstairs when I’d stayed previously so didn’t realise that was the layout. The spa is lovely and hotel guests can book a slot to use it, I think it was 30 euros, there’s a plunge pool and sauna etc. a lovely retreat after a day exploring. Overall this is a great hotel and I’d definitely stay again.

This apartment/hotel exceeded our expectations. We had the 2 bedroom suite. It was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining table and full kitchen. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to open the large windows throughout the unit. The location was quiet and peaceful. Truly we absolutely loved our stay and everything about the hotel. The staff were kind and friendly. My kids were really excited about the welcome gift that was given upon check in. We all really appreciated the complimentary water that was provided and that the staff replaced the purchased water bottle every day in the fridge as well. The hotel also arranged our transportation to and from the airport. It was timely, clean, comfortable and well worth the price. The store and restaurants near this hotel were also awesome. I recommend exploring the handful of streets surrounding the hotel for a lovely experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris. We can’t wait to go back one day.

We stayed in Le Prince in May 2023, May 2024 and booked to return in 2025. One week in Paris is never enough to explore, in comfort, this amazing city. Le Prince is situated in a quiet, central street in the Latin Quarter but within minutes of cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants, as well as the metro. It is the perfect area, not overly touristy but central enough to the main tourist attractions. We prefer the road less travelled and found an oasis garden, amazing architecture, an abundance of food and shopping wherever we meandered. Le Prince is immaculately clean (which is a huge factor for us) and all staff extremely warm and helpful. We have stayed in 2 separate apartments and both were stylishly furnished with all the amenities you would want or need. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable, if you need to stay in and have some respite. We did not use the spa facilities, so can not comment on this.
Can't wait to return next year. Happy Olympic Games Paris 2024.

An excellent hotel with very well appointed apartments. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a bed sofa in the lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen had oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. We only stayed for two nights and therefore didn't fully utilise these facilities, other than adding some drinks to the fridge! The fit and finish of the rooms was excellent with a very modern feel. The shower was amazing.
All members of the team that we met were friendly and very helpful.
I would not hesitate returning to the hotel.

We had a great stay here at the Residence and Spa Le Prince Regent. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with two teenagers and there was ample space for us all.
The room was decorated really well and the bathroom was of high quality. It's in a perfect location on a quiet street but surrounded by many cafes and restaurants.
I have a real aversion to noisy hotels and I cannot tell you how quiet the room was - it was pretty silent, no banging doors, loud music or revving cars.
The breakfast which came to our room at exactly the time we requested was hot and fresh.
It's a short walk to both Odeon and Luxembourg Metro and you can be at Notre Dam in 10 minutes by foot.
In short I struggle to find anything to complain about and would stay there again in a shot. A big shout out to Cristina on reception too, who was wonderful and so accommodating.
Thank you

A very nice boutique hotel. Many of the major attractions and neighborhoods are well within walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants nearby plus a few markets to pick up food for meals. Friendly and accommodating staff. We especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen. The washer/dryer was a bonus (although it did take a long time for the clothes to dry). We slept very well and would definitely return.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in Paris. It is in a superb location, 5 mins walk from the Luxembourg gardens and 10 mins from the Ile. The rooms are large, very well equipped and beautifully stylish. The room was very clean and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. There is a small food store opposite that sells anything you might need. Would always choose this hotel in the future when staying in this area of Paris.

We had a door on the toilet room but no door on the nook with the sink and shower and it was a glass open entry shower. The angles meant that there was sufficient --but not terrific--privacy for a family. Our room had a bedroom and a living room with pullout. It would have been a tough layout for unrelated individuals.
For us the overall hotel and experience were terrific!
There are more places to choose from in the Paris area.
