Modest, but clean hotel with great location in St.Germain. Basic rooms, but everything you need, nice area with lively athmosphere. Cheap, good value for money. Friendly staff.

Yes, you can take public transportation. We did it! I don't know which terminal you will be arriving in. You may need to take the free shuttle to another terminal to catch the metro into the city. It is inexpensive. However... More
