The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay in Paris. I loved the location and coziness of the hotel, but it is the people that really sets the hotel apart. We will return there on our next trip. I only wish I knew they regularly set up tours and have some great suggestions; I would have utilized their expertise!

Hotel's Favourite
Very hard to find anything to fault in my stay at this hotel. Every expectation was met. My room was delightful, service was attentive and the location is outstanding. I wanted a small 5-star hotel in a central location, and this is exactly what I got. The room was well appointed, clean, beautiful and nicely, simply decorated. Room was also quiet, which is hard to achieve in many hotels in Paris. Service was attentive at every turn. Every request was met with a smile. The daily in-room breakfast was wonderful, perfect start to the day. if I could point to one small negative thing it would be the lunch/dinner in-room dining menu. It is not great. I am not a particularly picky eater, but I could not find anything appealing on this menu. Otherwise excellent stay. I will return to this hotel!

An excellent small hotel. Beautiful and dramatic interiors. Service was outstanding --- very helpful concierge. Location is on a quiet street very close to the Louvre. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was superb and obviously enjoyed their roles. Staff was fluent in English (and much better than my French).

Location is very centrally located and very access to any landmarks around that stunning property. You do feel so much welcome as soon as the taxi let you go in escorted by the staff. The concierge a lady called Suzanne will welcome you to the reception and she always has a smile and warm. The room are stunning as usually the Suite with impressive view overlooking the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre and more what can we ask more. I am a loving bath person and it is so clean and immaculate and the amenities are top! We had a lunch and the new menu is up to my road, quality food and I love to eat then I know what I am talking about just go for it, breakfast alike. By any chance I met the hotel manager a lady Mathilde who really cares about their guests, professional and interactive... I do like the place very much and will definitely return back. A beautiful boutique hotel, I was lucky to stay there and such an experience to repeat. I can only thanks all the staff for such a welcome and make me feel like home.

Hotel and room were smaller than expected (we had the most inexpensive one with two twin beds that are pushed together); there was an armoire for clothes but not much other space. For two travelers staying a week it was a little tight. the bathroom was nice but no place to hang anything. Other than having to adjust our expectations, we were very satisfied with the location and the hospitality of everyone in the hotel. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. Our favorite part, though, was the wonderful breakfast each morning!
