Such a shame about the bad reviews about this hotel as our experience was great. When we arrived, the member of staff on the desk was very friendly and spoke perfect English, and even though we arrived a few hours early we were allowed to check in early.

The 'comfort double room' was small however comfortable as suggested by the name. Most importantly it was a decent price for the time of year and location (about 250 squids for 3 night). Perfect if you are not planning on spending much time in the room during the day! It was also clean, had a comfy bed and a powerful shower...lovely stuff! 😊

Can't comment on the restaurant/breakfast as we never tried it due to other controversial reviews. However, there are plenty of cafés and bakeries on the street and in the area and this is probably the more affordable option.

The location was great, being close to many restaurants, multiple metro stations as well as the Gare Du Nord train/metro station which was very handy for the transfer to/from the airport.

Overall this was an ideal hotel for a few nights while spending most of the day out and about, with good location, good Wi-Fi, clean rooms and friendly staff.

If anything were to be improved, I would have loved tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

A good hotel, near metro stations, and convenient for exploring Paris. Easy walking distance to the Louvre. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom had a shower (no bath), with plentiful hot water. The bed was 1.5 size rather than double, but it was ok for me as a solo traveller.

Great location, 2 metro stops on different lines within 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants / cafes / small supermarkets nearby. Hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious. Only negative about the room was our bed was 2 twins pushed together, the zip hadnt been fastened so the beds came apart, we had to take the sheet off ourselves and zip up. There wasn’t a double mattress protector so could feel the zip when lying the bed. We asked at reception and were told they didn’t have any. The reception staff had great English and were friendly enough. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel.
Overall would recommend for city break.

Great hotel! Very good sound isolation, all rooms are very new and clean. There was no water bottles, tv with only French channels, shower door opened very weird way (for skinny people only probably), air conditioner didn’t work for some time, but worked at night (made some weird sound). We had windows inside garden, was very calm.
Parking is next to hotel, maybe 3-4 minutes walk normally parking cost €42 per day, but if you stay in hotel it cost €34 per day. You can’t order it in advance, but you need to say at the reception desk that you took parking there and they will put you special stamp on the parking ticket.

The location of the hotel was perfect. But the service inside the hotel is really bad. They dont have room service as you need to get everything from the reception yourself. Also whenever the room was cleaned they never replace the bath towels beither the napkins.

Dear Mister, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you did not enjoyed the services in our hotel but glad that you liked our location. Maybe you should have select a 4* star hotel if you were looking for room service. In France room service is not mandatory for a 3* hotel like ours but it is in a 4* and 5*. About the towels, we take note of your remark and address it to the direction. Best Regards, Julia, Service Relation Clients Vacances Bleues

We came as family and had 3 rooms. We requested a handicapped friendly bathroom for one of the rooms. All requests were meet. The desk staff was very helpful.
The beds had very good mattresses and pillows so that everyone had good night sleeps.
The hotel is close to the grand boulevard. We had breakfast included but next time we would rather book without it. You have so many little cafes and boulangeries nearby that give you that special Parisian feeling.
We would definitely book the hotel again.

Late booking as decided to go to the Rugby World Cup Final at last minute. Easy walk from Gare du Nord after catching Eurostar to Paris. Room wasn’t ready at 2pm so popped over the road to a handy bar which was basic but friendly. Eventually checked in and room was compact but spotless with separate WC and a separate bathroom with a good sized walk in shower etc. Clearly the rooms have been refurbished recently and are quite contemporary. Very functional but also comfortable and quiet. I slept well.

Didn’t have breakfast etc

Overall easily fit for purpose and handy location

No frills hotel

Staff were miserable & unhelpful throughout our stay. At check out the lady barely said 2 words to us and just opened the door for us to store luggage. At check in we went to our room where we had a disabled / wheelchair access only bathroom, which is far from ideal for 2 tall girls. We went to see if we could change rooms but were told there were no others rooms & we could change tomorrow if they had availability. We found availability online but they said if we want it to be guaranteed we would have to pay online again (our stay was prepaid). The hotel was clean but staff were just so miserable & not willing to help!

The rooms are cosy, but perfectly fine, with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is excellent, so it's worth getting that included. Given its location, it makes sense that they don't have lunch or evening meals - there really is no point with a very popular and busy area of Paris outside the door.
The staff were polite and helpful.
A good option for a short break in Paris. we'd definitely use them again.

The toiletries are basic but functional. Take toothpaste though! The hairdryer is the sort in the bathroom on the wall but was actually decent enough according to my wife.
