The hotel was nice and clear, but the rooms were really small. The staff was not willing to speak English. I was asking questions. They understood me but answer in French. Not really helpful. The location is near the metro station, so it was good.

Very convenient location with nice staff. The rooms are modest, with tiny bathrooms but it is not a problem if you are there to explore Paris. There are many places nearby where you could get a coffee and a croissant for breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights and liked that it was very close to the metro. Room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice. I would recommend for someone on a budget. The only down side was the breakfast was like 6€ per person (I think) and it's just a couple croissants and baguettes with tea/coffee so...

Friendly staff, English spoken reception, small rooms and very small elevator, but that's almost standard in Paris. On arrival our room wasn't ready yet, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel. On check out we were also able to leave our bags at the hotel, so we could enjoy our last couple of hours in Paris without having...

hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Room and bathroom was small size but for me that didn't matter because I was out during the day and only sleep in the hotel. Receptionist was so nice and friendy. Hotel is near the metro station so that is big plus. Price was reasonable, if I ever come back I think will stay...

The hotel was in a great location. Close to metro and a great walk to the Latin quarter. All the staff were friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and the shower fantastic and the wifi worked well. Only draw back was the lack of English TV but then who needs the TV when away.... All good.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Room and bathroom are small, but that is not problem because everything was very, very clean. Location is good, near tree metro lines. You can reach the most important things for 15 minutes by subway. Near the hotel you can find a variety of cheap restaurants. Internet wireless is free and works...

1st time to Paris. Booked based on reviews. Hotel is clean, staff is very nice and helpful. Enterprise rental near as well as easy Metro access. Within one day we could navigate anywhere in city via metro Subway even though we'd never done it before. The only reason for the 4 stars is the internet. You must log in often....

We found this through TripAdvisor reviews and it truly was a gem. Cons: Small elevator (didn't really bother us) and thin walls (which we only noticed one night when we had a noisy neighbor). Pros: Great off-season price, friendly staff (though I spoke French to them), location next door to an amazing patisserie and a block or two from a...

This hotel is near Place d'Italie, which is at the end of metro Line 5 - so it is easy to get to from Gare du Nord, if you come by Eurostar. It isn't near tourist sites, but there are buses nearby. You can walk from here to rue Mouffetard, where there are lots of restaurants and a good buzz...

“Room 634 is a pleasant room with a view towards Place d'Italie. The elevator goes up tot the 5th floor, so from the 5th to the 6th floor, you will have to take the stairs.”

“We were on the top floor and it was awesome, hardly noisy at all, great views, If you have mobility problems get a ground/1st floor room! there is a lift but trust me!”

“Don't be smitten by reviews here. My suggestion is to try to stick to a respectable hotel. It may cost you a bit extra but it is worth paying the price.”
