Nice location. Near the train stations, café, restaurants and shops. Small rooms Typical in Paris. No AC. Reception Staff doesn’t speak English that much but assist customers in every way. They provide every information and possible services thay can

This hotel is in a great location. Close to a metro stop, cafes and restaurants, shopping and sightseeing locations. The staff for the most part were very nice and helpful. The lobby looks a little dated but overall clean. The room I got was on the seventh floor which the elevator only went to the 6th floor so we had...

This hotel is terrible! I was first directed to the wrong room by the receptionist. I booked a family room. I was directed to a Double room! I was then given a room on the road. There is a club opposite who have complete disregard for everyone around and were playing disco music. It was so noisy I had to...

Nice hotel, but if you get a room facing the main road do remember people can see you inside your room. Close to a supermarket around the corner and a cheap Asian restaurant up the road. Opposite a pub, so be warned, can be very noisy. A small shop under the hotel is expensive, ask the front counter about the...

First time in Paris and loved the Marais area. The hotel is convenient-we are walkers. It is about 3 miles to the Eiffel tower and Arc. A quick walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame is across the bridge. There is a Starbucks across the street which was awesome as we like large cups of coffee. The front desk employees...

I stayed here for three nights recently. The hotel accommodated some last minute adjustments I needed to make to my plans, which was really helpful. The man at the desk also printed out some tickets for me and helped me book an airport shuttle. The room was well-kept and the bed was comfortable; about what I'd expect from a no-frills...

As the title says, the location is great. It is really close to Hotel du Ville and the underground stations. You can also easily get to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay by walking. Notre Dame Cathedral is just across the bridge and not even a 10 minute walk. My main complaint is that since the location is close to restaurants...

I stayed here in Feb 2016. I booked a single room, which did have a very comfortable double bed in it. The bedroom itself was very basic, and the bathroom was small (but very clean), but for a single traveller or a couple of a budget - this is fine. Some of the nicer pictures on the website for this...

Location is really the only good thing about this hotel. Everything else is marginally acceptable. I booked here because of good reviews on Tripadvisor, and this hotel experience shakes my confidence on TA. I was given a room on the second floor and you can hear everything on the street. By 6 am each morning the sanitation trucks come through...

Returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. Rooms clean & well furnished. Stayed in triple room. Bathroom with shower over bath a little cramped but served it's purpose. Beds comfy. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Hotel is well situated for The Notre Dame Cathedral & Louvre Museum. Metro station near by. Plenty of places to eat around about...

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
