I traveled for the first time to Paris in October. I travelled solo and felt safe going in and out of the hotel area. The owners are very helpful. I arrived in Paris at 9:00 AM, dropped off my bags and went out to explore Paris. It was very easy to take the RER from the airport. I bought a...

Nice, quiet, clean hotell. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. The area is very charming with food markets and lots of cafés and bistrots right next door in Rue Cler. Try the Bar du Marche, or a bit further up, rue Cler, Le Petit Cler. Great location, though personally I find the Latin quarter more central - it's closer (as in walking...

We were four couples who stayed at this hotel for four nights in September, 2011. It was superb. The best. A big bang for the buck. The rooms. The service. The location. The ambience. The neighborhood. It was all superb. Ed Markquart, Seattle

Stayed here between the October 2011. Nice lovely 2 star hotel in the heart of Paris with easy access to the metro and RER. The surrounding neighbour is busy and lively with lovely cafes, local shops and restuarants ( but not overly busy , so ideal for a quiet break) . The hotel is reasonably priced and quite cute. I stayed...

Great staff, friendly and English speaking. Great location right off Rue Cler, walking distance to bus and metro stops, close to the Eiffel Tower. Room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. A great value in Paris!!

Great location; close to the Ecole Militaire Metro. While the rooms are small, the venue is quite and very close to major attractions. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

We spent our last nite at Hotel du Champ de Mars because we wanted to try a different area. It was an easy check in with the owner being very kind and forgiving my terrible french. The dog cinnamon is a pleasure to pet if you are missing your fur babies. The bright spot was having a lift. Yes, it...

We have stayed at this hotel in the past but on recent trips to Paris have stayed at 5 star hotels so we were not sure what we would think this time around. Champ de Mars is a very small, no frills hotel but in a great location. The rooms are small, no fridges, no ice maker, no AC though...

This hotel is well located in the Rue Cler area with lots of little cafes around. Our favourite was the Tribeca restaurant which had great pasta. Cafe du March was also good. The room was very small but clean. The male host was friendly and we had organised a taxi to take us to the train station the following day....

We stayed 5 nights and it was wonderful. Perfect location, adorable room, extremely clean - the bathroom looked brand new. It's only steps to the Rue Cler, lots of cafes, shops of every kind. Not too far from a taxi stand on the Ave. Bosquet and only 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. We could see the top 1/3 of...
