Having traveled to the wonderful city of Paris with friends, I was very happy to have stayed at this wonderful place. It felt like home away from home, and the staff were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to help us have an unforgettable trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the total hotel ambiance...

Stayed for three nights with breakfast. The hotel is clean and well run with friendly staff. The room was clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed. The hotel has good transport links for the whole of Paris.

Quite disappointed. 1) most of the staff doesn't speak English. Keep a translator app with you if you want to communicate to them. 2) the cleaning staff is intrusive and annoying. Kept entering in my room for the daily cleaning (WITHOUT KNOCKING) even tough I told them that I go to bed late so I wanted to sleep until midday....

We stayed for 3 nights in a superior room on the fourth floor, facing the street. Noise was minimal and it was nice to have a little balcony to view the skyline from. Although the room was quite small, and there was hanging space only for clothes, it was clean, comfortable and very warm (it was January) with a hairdryer...

Stayed just the one night in a twin superior; clean and basic at the front of the hotel so a little noisy if the window was opened. 5 stars for the shower alone, best I've ever used in a hotel in Paris. No bath just a powerful shower. Small rooms but your not there long. Liked there was a safe...

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Devillas. It was very conveniently located, within walking distance to the Notre Dame and some very nice restaurant areas. The metro was right nearby as well as a train station (Gare d'Austerlitz). Staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Even though we faced the street, it was not noisy at all....

It was a great experience. Comfort, warm personnel, and a place well located and with what I needed to spend my time in Paris. Although I did not take all the services, the room was comfortable and with services requested. The only thing that need to be reviewed is wifi, not always worked properly. I will come back!

Small and cheap Hotel nearby the Austerliz Station. Good for public transport. Executive Room at the ground was very small and similar to the classic room seen in the hotel site. Good wi-fi service and reception.

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
