Made a 5 nights prepayment in advance due to its good price. I guess I was wrong to have been a cheapskate. The surroundings of the hotel is full of pubs with well... complex people. That was OK with me. However, when I opened the door of my room, I got a shock of my life. It's the worst hotel...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room, common toilet and shower were clean, they changed our towels and the fridge was working. Also the hotel is located close to metro station. It's a good value of money.

We stayed in a room for 2 people for one week and it was comfortable. The room was not big but there was a TV set, a large window, and a lavabo & bidet in the room. Staff was very friendly. The neighbourhood is Menilmontant which is by no means fancy but it is safe (hotel right near the metro,...

This old cheap hotel is really nothing to write home about. Pros: it's passably clean. Sometimes there's live music downstairs. Close to metro. Cons: noisy. small rooms. A bit shabby-looking. Adequate for a quick visit to the ville lumiere

A nice little hotel, very close to metro with a friendly staff. Seems very stereotypically French in a good way, a little run down/old, cozy, and not very formal, with a cat lounging by the bar area. Only negative i have is that at some hours we seemingly couldn't get hot water, 4/5 times we got hot water, but one...

Visited this property when I was on honeymoon trip. The hotel staff is very nice, they helped us in calling the taxi, helped us in locating all places to visit. The room size is very small. Otherwise the metro is well connected, and all bars, restaurant nearby are opened till late. So no problem having dinner late. The crowd outside...

We've stayed here for 2 nights in July when the Tour de France arrived in Paris (which we didn't know when we booked). Price was excellent for the period we were there and as the reviews on here are mixed we went there without expectations. Knowing that Paris is an expensive city we didn't expect that much for the money...

The thing I liked about this hotel was its location - convenient to the main train station and metros. Our room was small, but quiet and smoke-free. The free WiFi was not always easy to access and we had to reconnect everyday. The first floor rooms and hallway could really use a remodel job. The 2nd floor hallway was very...

We stayed four nights in this hotel. We chose it for the price and the fact that it was close to the metro. We stayed four in a room. At first we were shocked because we were expecting two large beds; however one of the beds turned out to be a couch turning into a bed. Lucking it was comfortable....

“Do not pay until you see the room.Reception takes the money and gives you the key.You have to find the room. Once you see the room it is too late. Photos on internet not the room your going to get. One shared toilet to 15 rooms and an owner who does not wish to know.”
