The staff are very friendly (and I was pleasantly surprised that they speak English, Portuguese and Spanish very well). The breakfast is excellent (12€ per person), buffet style with lots to choose from like cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, yogurts, boiled eggs etc. The room is small but quaint, with a big double bed. Only down side is if you are...

The recommendations were so good, that I chose this hotel than apartment near. But the hotel is prepared only for Paris-lovers who will not take care about the room. The biggest minuses were: -the clean lady could enter and entered the room when it was locked, we were inside and there was a sign 'do not disturb'!! -the water in...

On arrival and first impression, I had high hopes for L'hôtel Taylor and really wanted this to work out well. Unfortunately, there was no hot water (told they were awaiting a technician) and the bed was too soft. The room is microscopic and par for the course for Paris. For us, it was a short easy walk to two metro...

The hotel is conveniently located on a small central Paris street within walking distance of 4 metro stations. There are good places to eat nearby. The entrance area was undergoing renovation when we were there. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there was a good 30 minute wait to check in. Now for the bad part. The first sign...

I booked one night on business at this hotel. From outside it looks nice but on closer inspection the hotel has had very bad renovation work carried out recently and this was evident by the missing skirting boards, unfinished paint work and 80s bathroom see attached photos. Generally the hotel was rough around the edges and if you need to...

For Paris very reasonably priced, clean, courteous. Breakfast is rarely included in Paris hotels, but this one was more reasonable and just as good as others. Lots of cafés, restaurants in the area, inc . a very good indoor market, marché St.Martin.
