If you want to be treated badly, go to this place. We stayed there for 4 nights and some strange things happened. Our food was constantly stolen, even with surveillance cameras in the kitchen. Our friends were sleeping and a drunk guy entered their room to try to sleep with one of them. That was late in the night and...

Stayed here on a recent trip to Paris, generally a nice place. My friend and I specifically booked a private room (meaning it would be just the two of us) and I did find it a little pricey considering we had gotten actual hotel rooms for a cheaper price (those were, however, in Krakow and Prague so I do believe...

I was skeptical after reading many of the poor reviews, but I had a great stay at this hostel. The staff were all incredibly helpful and took the time to get to know the people staying there. Can't beat the location as it is just across the street from a metro station that has easy access to all of the...

The upside to this hostel: it's very close to Jaurès station and to a McDonalds (almost across the street). It's quite clean as well. Some reviewers said they suffered with ambulances and stuff; I didn't hear any and slept nicely. It's not very welcoming, though. I missed a chillout room; the hostel has only a bar, which isn't quite as...

I know lots of people will read these reviews and think, "Well what do you expect? It's a cheap hostel." That's how I felt at first, but it STILL isn't worth half of what you pay for. I was expecting it to be pretty substandard to begin with and I wasn't surprised at the rather unclean looking bedsheets, although I...

The great thing about this hostel is its location. It is right next to the metro which made it very easy to get around Paris. As other people have mentioned, the hostel itself is very small, there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow. I stayed in a private room which was still quite small but was much...

great vibe in the bar so if your plan is to party hard then crash out upstairs this is perfect. If however you don't count on being smashed and want to get some sleep then go somewhere (anywhere) else

I've been told I could come since 11 a.m, when I arrived I could just let my luggage in the room. They told me I had to wait till 3 p.m cause they were cleaning. I finally found the room as dirty as I found it when I left my luggages with papers and dust under the bed and trash...

Had arrived late in the night around 1am and was given a new explanation about the rules of booking. I had done the booking through hostelworld.com and this turned out be a disaster. The attendant in the bar made me and my friends go through his new set of rules which was not mentioned in any of the websites where...
