This is an excellent hotel, next to Champs Elysees. Staff is superb. English very well spoken. Emails are answered instantly. There is very good management behind it all. Pricing is most convenient and housekeeping personell does its best. Congrats! This is the fourth time we stay there.

We will come back for the great service. We both got sick during our staying, and the staffs are very helpfull. What can one ask for more in another country ! It has much more value than the opposite hotel west-end. The service could not be compaired by these two four star hotel.

The location at the heart of the Golden Triangle, the high service level of the courteous staff, the large and impeccably clean rooms make the Franklin Roosevelt my preferred hotel in Paris. For a standard room at a five star hotel, you get a suite here and save the money to enjoy the city!

Staff unkind and absent, they never open the door and help you even if you arrive with a lot of luggages. The service is very poor and the rooms are not clean. Bad experience I will not come back for sure even if it is located very well.

They ordered taxis for us etc. We couldn't have asked for more from them. The room...

Room great, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was the price of a breakfast, certainly not worth that. The food itself was OK but not great. However we intend to return at some time in the future.
