This is a nice compact hotel, recently taken over by Ibis so inside is all newly fitted out, but like most hotels in Paris the rooms are small. Pigalle is fairly colourful, so there a numbers "sexy shops" close by, but it is close by to the metro and Gare du Nord. Room was comfortable and the bed and shower...

After reading numerous reviews about this area and hotel after having booked the stay for my wife, 2 children 7 & 5, and myself, I was worried. This proved to be needless as the hotel was excellent, small but perfectly adequate for the price. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice even for 2 fussy children! Service was really good...

Rooms is really small and is good for 1 peron. Boh of us has a 25" luggage and has hardly any room to move. Walking to Galarie Lafayette takes approx. 30 mins or more and not "that " within walking distance. Breakfast is simple and adequate. Would recommend the open top bus for sightseeing at 29€. There are 4 color...

We were surprised when we arrived in this guest house, because we thought that we had booked a hotel! It was a small guest house but we had a good time in Ibis!! the place was live and warm. actually if anybody looking for a crowded and full of fun and amazing place, book this hotel to enjoy his or...

Less than five minutes' walk from Pigalle metro station, an easy 20-minute amble to/from the Gare du Nord, and a fascinating 45-minute stroll from the Marais and other city centre areas, this was a brilliant budget find. The rooms were small but spotlessly clean, comfy beds, recently re-furbed bath/shower rooms - and despite being in an area well known for...

I have been in Paris for business and stayed for almost a week at this hotel. I have read a lot of bad reviews about it (specially of its location) but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was really friendly (specially the young lady at the reception was very helpful and polite). My room was on the 6th floor, a...

Needed a last minute night in Paris and this was a great find. Whilst our room was minute it was clean modern and friendly helpful staff. Brekky spread was awesome. Downside was that there isn't a lot to do in this area except Sacre Coer and Montmartre cemetery (unless you wanted the red light district lol) but for us it...

We've been for a weekend at the Ibis Hotel in Pigalle, and we checked in on a Friday night. Our room was at the 6th floor, and after the check in we decided to have dinner in the heart of the city. Unfortunately when we left the room the lift was not functioning anymore. The next morning (saturday) during the...

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry to hear that our service is not up to your expectations. We acknowledge elevator broke down. We have a new elevator, latest generation meets all safety standards and for people with reduced mobility. However, Otis could not help us out as soon as our contract so provides. All technicians have not yet...

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
