This hotel is in a great location and the rooms have very cool themes. We were in the bubble room. It was pretty small, I had read reviews that said the room was small but underestimated how small the room was. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was really good because it was so...

Have just returned from a 3 night trip whilst staying at this hotel. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are glad we went with Hotel Bulles. It's a smallish hotel, 6 floors with 3/4 rooms on each. Room was lovely, themed throughout, clean, reasonably spacious (for Paris) however, we did have the deluxe hence it wasn't a problem compared...

Good points - location and cleanliness Negatives - tiny rooms and waiting for tables at breakfast. Although you can upgrade to a suite we needed two separate rooms. The classic rooms are absolutely tiny with NO room for clothes.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the rooms are themed around champagne which gave the hotel a personality and my room was lovely and very clean. It was small but no more than most rooms in Paris and was cleverly laid out. The staff were also fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. Location is good, most...

Room was tiny and I mean tiny. There is just no space. Only option to sit is on the bed. For a tourist hotel, location is decent but metro line not the best served. The front desk staff are helpful and their English is strong. The same cannot be said for the breakfast lady who while pleasant knows not a...

Small hotel near the Sorbonne- can't say enough about location and caring staff. Rooms are small but well priced- theme is champagne and fitting for Paris. Close to metro stops and neighborhood has tons of cafe and small shops. Offers a buffet breakfast in the AM. Room includes a number of amenities and hotel in spite of being full was...

Loved Laetitia -- she took care of us before and during the trip. I was traveling with my sister who was going through cancer treatments, and this trip was a gift from our mom -- my sister always wanted to see Paris. I emailed this situation to the staff before the trip, and Laetitia took great care of us as...

We picked this hotel only because we love champagne and the interior looked pretty cool from the pictures. We were quite excited since the hotel was also located near St Germain, our ultimate favourite area in Paris. Upon arrival we were told to leave bags with reception and return after 3pm since checkin started at 3pm! We immediately felt unwelcome...

The hotel is within walking distance of Notre Dame cathedral and is full of surprises. The staff are attentive and friendly, the room small but comfortable. The water pressure is great in the bath and shower and the towel warmers are a luxurious comfort. I couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel from which to explore the delights of Paris.

I went to Paris with my mum and sister for a girls weekend and this hotel is so nice. Sure it's a little cramped but it's really cozy. The staff are really nice and accommodating and the rooms are really neat and pretty. Again they are small but if it can fit 3 people in one room that's fine for...

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
