My family (we have 2 daughters -14 and 12) had an unforgettable stay in the Millesime Suite last Summer. The room was large, quiet, private and very comfortable for a family of 4 (parents had one end, kids were at the other end on a sofa bed and rollaway bed and the new bathroom was in the middle). The hotel's...

I stayed in mid January this year. This hotel is situated in the most charming street in Paris not far from major tourist attractions yet still holds the appeal of a residential area- quiet with many local shops and Parisians. On arrival the hotel reception was very accommodating and all are very fluent in English . I found them more...

Dear Madam, I am most sorry and disappointed to learn through your tripadvisor review that you apply to the hotel the rating “terrible”. Firstly, the entire team of the hotel works hard every day, doing their best to make sure our customers have an enjoyable time. We are always disappointed when we miss our goal and even more when the...

We stayed here for three nights in December, the location was excellent, close to three metro stops St Germain de Pres, Mabillon and Odeon. A great base for getting around Paris and close to bars and restaurants including Les Deux Magots. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags at reception whilst we explored the local area. This is a well located three star hotel offering three star value. The staff were very helpful, spoke English and were keen to oblige. The "classic" room was a reasonable size and the accommodation appropriate and what you would expect at this level. The en suite bathroom was well appointed, the bath water was hot and the plug wasn't missing!!...

Millesime Hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing in Paris. A short walk to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame, St. Sulpice and Le Bon Marche. Plenty of nearby classic French brasseries to choose from too. The Rue Jacob area itself is extremely interesting and features many ancient and quirky (and expensive) antique galleries to browse. St Germain is...

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.

When we checked out in mid-February, one-half of the renovationhad been completed with the second half slated for completion by mid-March. Even during our stay, the renovation was hardly an inconvenience at all.
